My car broke down and I needed a tow to an auto repair shop. I was connected with Boise Valley Towing through my insurance’s road side assistance. Kefir came and picked up my car and was awesome! Really positive, nice, and patient. I really appreciated his help!

I broke down on the side of the interstate and Boise Valley towing arrived quickly. As a business owner myself, I always hope that employees represent our business in a professional and respectful manner. Shane was just that. He was incredibly kind, polite and professional. In fact this man probably deserves a raise- It was cold, Rainey and he still smiled through it all. Thank you Shane.

They suck and over charge and will call the police on you for video taping them being hard on your car, and tell the police you smell like alcohol!! after you pay the tow fees. The police find no evidence of any alcohol use. Boise Valley Towing does not care about you or your car. To the owner of the company you and your employees are doing a great disservice to are community here in the valley and I will make sure to let all my friends know how well you do business. Good job and make sure your drivers don't speed, run over a curb in a tight parking lot, harass someones wife or swerve. I'm retired I'll be watching.

Ronnie and Anthony both assisted my family with a minor vehicle incident. They were both courteous and extremely careful with our vehicle. Ronnie even showed up on his day off!You can't ask for better service!

They helped me discover a van was illegally towed by Cracker Barrel. Boise law requires a property sign identifying a business's towing company to protect the public from towing scams.

Robby C. was wonderful in helping get my car to the shop when it needed towed. Helped try to resolve the problem before towing& handled the car with care. All around great experience with no hassle & completed in a VERY timely manner! 10/10 recommend.

I was out running errands, when my car would not run, assuming that the fuel pump had gone out. I called Boise Valley Towing to ask for an estimate...then paid by CC over the phone. The driver showed up within 15 mins and loaded my car out of a parking space. (Very smooth.) I road back to my home with the driver and my car on the back.Solved my issue without stress or concern in a very short amount of time.Great professional service.Thanks!

My experience with Boise Valley Towing was extremely disappointing. The tow truck itself looked in poor condition. The driver was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping me & my husband. To make matters worse, I was charged an exorbitant fee for their subpar service. I would strongly advise anyone in need of towing services to look elsewhere, as my experience with this company left me feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Unfortunately I had to call for Roadside assistance for the first time ever! Boise Valley towing was the company dispatched. They contacted me right away to let me know when they'd be there and to verify info. The driver arrived sooner than I expected! I believe his name was Will, he had a blondish beard, a skull tattoo and a ringtone that sounds like an Irish W.W.E. wresler, he did everything he could to see if he could jump start it first, but to no avail. My pickup was in a tight parking space, with limited back up room, but he maneuvered it out easily. Even after I sent him facing the wrong way on the street for my pickup, he took the extra few minutes to turn around so that I wouldn't get a ticket for it being backwards. He was extremely nice, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this guy!!! Thank you so much!Service: Car towing
