We reached out to the shelter to donate my old couch since it is still in great condition and didn't want to just toss it out somewhere if it could benefit someone. We were given the number to call the Boise Rescue Warehouse. Worst experience ever.. we call the number we were provided by some lady and they never answer the phone and I've tried calling several times and even left voicemails and never get a call back. Like why even have a voicemail if you aren't going to return calls. My fiance finally got a hold of someone and they told her they would be sending someone out with a rough timeframe and never got confirmation if someone would be actually coming or not. Someone randomly shows up at my house while I'm on a work conference call and tells me I need to call to reschedule and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone after calling almost everyday for the last 3 weeks. *Smh*

First off I'm not from Boise, but had my grandfather there n he had passed away, so we wanted to find a place where we could donate his stuff n help out some other people that could use stuff. This place was great to deal with and very helpful during our time of passing. Thanks for your help Boise Rescue Mission
