I LOVE this store!! They have the best pottery selection and the service is amazing. The pottery is well built. It holds up to the Idaho weather unlike pottery I’ve purchased from other stores which will fall apart and crumble after one or two winters. This Pottery really holds up and maintains its beauty season after season. Thank you so much for always being helpful and friendly! :-)

Sad & disappointed to write this and with only 1 stars. We loved this store and bought a pot which they made into a fountain for us. We were excited for our appointment with Derek to delivered and set it up. Its beautiful but he had the wrong size pipe. It was to small and he said someone took the larger one out of his truck, also the level was a bit off as the water only came over on one side. We took him up on his offer to come back and correct the pipe size. He had a poor attitude when he arrived which only got worse when I asked him a few questions and if he could add another shim to fix the level issue. He snapping at me and then sort of apologized and said he's gone above and beyond.....He was here 15 minutes "correcting" issues, which weren't our fault, not sure what to make of this? We wanted to buy some planters and refer them to a friend who likes our fountain, but now I'm uncomfortable buying from a store that "I'm a brothering to" ?

There selection is beautiful and there prices are reasonable. When I need any kind of pottery this will be my first place.
