“These are the nicest people! I was having a terrible case of the Mondays, and my bumper fell halfway off first thing in the morning while I was out taking kids to school. I gave them a call and the man who answered the phone told me I could come right over. After spending quite a bit of time reattaching the bumper, he told me not to worry about paying and sent me on my way. I have every confidence that this shop, even if your car requires more extensive work, will be fair and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give Wizard Auto Specialties 10 stars I would! I've been SO IMPRESSED with their high standard of customer service and their expertise with autobody work. I was, unfortunately, in an accident about 6 months ago. Greg and Traci at Wizard made sure my rental car was available right at the shop! I was also able to drop the rental car at the shop when my vehicle was finished. That is a BIG DEAL when you don't have another licensed driver handy. The autobody work was excellent. I could not tell there was ever an issue. A couple of months later I felt a wobble of some kind at certain speeds. I talked to Greg about it, and he didn't ask any questions at all but had me drop it off as soon as possible. He discovered that the issue was not a warranty issue (not even part of the repairs), but during the workup he discovered the problem and had it repaired for me! When it was finished he delivered the car to my work! I'm telling you... that kind of customer service is rare these days. RARE, Y'ALL!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. “I've known these guys literally for YEARS. Mark and Mike are stellar! I recently took my new truck in after it received damage from the brush equipment in a new local carwash in Meridian who flatly denied their equipment did it, so I was on my own. These guys buffed the scratches out and you can't tell there were ever scratches on it. And the charge to do so was extremely reasonable! I dealt with this business back in the day when Harold actually owned and operated it, and now Mark owns it and it is even BETTER! They are the busiest body shop in the valley for a reason, so be patient and you will get the best repair available anywhere because they're the ABSOLUTE BEST!”

They towed and are repairing my truck - at considerable expense to them- after a parts failure. Lesser shops are not reliable in this manner.

“Wasn't expecting to find a dog park here, we noticed the grass driving in but almost completely missed the off leash area until after walking my sweet girl. Granted, the fence height is a little low for jumpers, this park is leaps and bounds better than any other rest stops we've encountered this trip. The only down side is there aren't any dedicated parking spots, so you'll just have a minute or two on the leash before making it to the fence. Not pictured, but the tree placement was nice.”

“The staff at Maaco worked very well with us considering that the person that hit my car was paying for the damages. Riley and the rest of the staff supported us in assuring us the other party paid and always treated an old lady with respect and dignity.
It took a long long time for them to procure the parts but it was an old car.
Once parts were in it was realitively reasonable time and their job was well done matched the color very well. I would use them again. The price reasonable and staff as nice as could be.”

“The workers were very friendly and informative. The only thing is you can’t get the local Safelite on the phone. You have to go through this great ordeal. They try to say it’s when they’re busy it goes to the national number but I think it’s not so at all. I think they purposely don’t answer. I tried several times at different times of the day…same thing. Other customers and I were chatting about it and they said the same thing. Also there is no follow up…so far. Other than that everyone was very nice.”
