Absolutely bomb staff they have a great and enormous variety of items more so than you would likely expect at a tobacco shop.I have never once had about experience in there at least not so far as dealing with the the amazing people that work there. I have run into some financial issues while in there. But they were very kind and patient with me during those times and I will be a forever customer.

Sold defective vapes knowing they were defective. I called another Big Smoke and they said they should exchange them, went back in the next day and was told no by the manager. I didn't want a refund I wanted them exchanged. Manager said he knew this was an issue as other people have advised him of it. Was not willing to work even slightly with the issue.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Everything about this place is perfect, except that there is no bike rack. If gas prices are going to be stupid and we can afford to drive everywhere.... We dont want the thought of our transportation being stolen. Please, get a bike rack.

Just went to this location, found what we were looking for, browsed for a few minutes, went to the counter to pay, no one was there. Called out, no one answered. We left. Would not recommend.
