“My dog chewed up my new biking shoes the night before I was going to do a ride with a friend. I needed a replacement BOA for my shoes that I could not find anywhere in town, and one of the guys from the shop, went home, took the dials off his own shoes and brought them back to the shop so I could ride. Absolutely over the top customer service. Can not recommend this shop enough.”

“I'll start out by saying that I don't ever write reviews, however, I feel it would be a major disservice if I didn't write a review after tonight's outstanding service received by Antonio.I came in just before the bike shop was slated to close for the evening. Not only was I met with a smile from the receptionist, I was ushered downstairs and immediately attended to by Antonio. The whole interaction was pleasant and he even let me bend his ear about bike related questions. I walked in feeling anxious that my brand new Canyon bike was out of sorts and left feeling confident that Antonio would not only get me back on the trails, but he would be my go to guy for anything MTB for years to come.I work in the service industry and cannot tell you how refreshing it is to come across someone like Antonio. I am writing this review before Tri Town has even turned a bolt on my bike knowing that they will deliver. Never underestimate the power of good service!”

“Hello-During a June 2023 visit to Boise, I became ill while getting fitted for the rental bikes and had to leave the store immediately. On our trip in September 2023, Trevor honored our previous trip's credit and we were able to rent bikes to enjoy the green belt. On our ride, one of our bikes got a flat tire from a thorn and Chris came out from the the shop to fix it immediately. We have always had EXCELLENT service from GB's.!Jenn G”

“these guys are perfect if you're into mountain sports like skiing and snowboarding. if you're more into biking, they have a huge collection of bikes, but they have like zero parts, only complete bikes. that being said they have a shop in the back and their service is amazing, my family has been trusting them to get us skis and wax them before the season for about 6 years now.”

“Friendly Customer Service I don't live nearby but was looking for an exact helmet model they had, and they were so helpful over the phone. When they transferred me to a different store that had the helmet, they even did a warm handoff (introduced my problem to the new person). They were really warm and friendly, which in my experience can be quite unusual for a bike shop. I would totally go there if I lived nearby or visit the area.”

“First off you should always buy where you ride! This is local owned and operated bike store that has been around the valley for many years. They not only provide great service and bikes but more importantly they develop relationships and strive for ultimate customer satisfaction. Point and example is owner, Bill, knew I was looking for cruiser bike. Or something to spin in from North end to town and such. He actually took his bike out on some recconisance if where I lived, as there is large hill. He then talked me out of cruiser as it would not be good for my hill. I mean who does that? Well Reed Cycle does!!!!!Onto my ,3rd Yeti in last decade. Impeccable service and LBS!!”
“We love Pedego Boise! We were able to rent from them a few weeks ago, loved it so much we decided to also buy! The folks working there are super helpful and very knowledgeable about their bikes. We had such a great time. When we decided to buy we worked with Mitchell who was really great and helped us decide what to get, then made sure everything was in order for us. When we needed some adjustments Kevin got us right in and was super helpful getting things adjusted. Would definitely recommend whether you're just going to rent for a day or buy forever!”
