I purchased a New Apple Mac Book Pro from Best Buy for $1200.00 dollars. I took it back in a few days, with my backup to be transferred to the new one. They charge $179.00 to do that! Don't waste your money, buy it from Apple store, they do the transfer for FREE! I will never purchase Anything from Best Buy! Terrible policy!!

My girlfriend bought me a $350 headset from these bums and the microphone went out already and they only offer a 15 day return policy. LAME. Cant exchange it either. Stores like you will be extinct one day and amazon, who is amazing, will take your place. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from u guys

I have had a few encounters with Best Buy recently. Online and in person at both of the locations in the TV.Most all of them were pretty sad (service wise)Don't have time to go into all of the details on here. All I can say is "get it together." Are they too big to have a decent service level of standards or are they just poorly ran by Corporate?Two stars because some of the employees do try but hands are tied from systems and processes above.

Politely when entering store. Already knew where I was headed to pickup an online order. Customer Service counter person was very polite, helpful, prompt, and informative. Have not had a bad experience at Best Buy to this date.
