Batteries Plus was an excellent experience. I really need a hard to find battery for my android phone, Noah was able to do so and did a quick install for me. Good place to do business with for sure! S Cole Rd across from Costco.

Absolute best place in town for phone repairs. By far the best customer service I have found anywhere, these guys did the quickest job imaginable for me. I would highly recommend anyone questioning there decision to come here!

I had a phone problem and went in to see if they could advise me on the problem. Well they checked the battery and it was almost gone and they solved my problem with a new battery. The staff was excellent.
I will definitely return for any additional help with battery problems.

Are you for real….?! You can’t sell a watch battery to a customer unless they bring in the device it comes out of… because “someone fed a battery to a kid once”… that has to be one of THE most smooth brain blanket policies I’ve ever heard. Completely ridiculous…

I’ve been a customer of the store for years. I went into the store to check on the warranty on some rechargeable batteries. The salesman that helped me was grumpy about doing so, and was not short on snarky comments.

Won't you sell me a watch battery?I went in to get a common 395 watch battery. The employee offered me their $20 service to replace it, which includes lifetime replacement. That would be fine, but I explained to him that I have watch repair experience and just need the battery for a watch I am selling, so I don't need the warranty. He then told me that they could not sell me the battery by itself because of "certain federal packaging restrictions." After leaving, I did a quick online search and discovered that my local Ace hardware has the battery in stock. Apparently, the restrictions don't apply to them.

Hope you DID go in to this store = right across from Cost Co - to get AA and/or AAA batteries. The 48 packs were on sale. The price per battery at Batteries Plus was 35 cents EACH. Same sizes were .45 cents EACH at Cost Co, even with $3 off they offered. Parking is easy. Staff is friendly. And NO LINE when I was there.
