Very bad experience. Walked in there looking for a clip for my vehicle. The guy stood there 5' looking at Clip, claiming they did not have it. Not asking what it is for or anything. Got home after i was in store to look online, i and found out they have them at that store. I even called them with part number to confirm they had it. Unprofessional and lack of care for a customer working on their vehicle. Lost my business for a while, if not longer. I'm going to go get it from Orielly's. At least the one near them helped me look for it even though they did not have it at that store.

Guessingit was the manager on duty? Tall glasses tan...very very rude about testing an alternator..he tested it by turning the wheel by hand?! and said its bad, hes "always right". He was wrong. Will not ever return or recommend. DONT EVEN ASK FOR HELP HERE. GO ELSEWHERE.

Overland and 5 Mile location tonight had a nice young man that was super helpful in looking up which wiper blades I needed. The problem started when we asked about a light bulb. The young man asked the older gentleman to help him look it up for us, and the older guy was his usual grumpy, offensive self. If he can't find it, he insists on knowing what it's from, and then he'll huff and puff about not having those for motorcycles, when it's a basic blinker light for cars as well. We've been in several times before and had the same experience. I think he hates motorcycles for some reason. I guess shame on us because we keep going back, but after tonight my hubby and I both agreed it's worth the 2 block drive down to O'Reilly to get what you're looking for.

Called ahead, asking for parts. I drove over and the guy said he misunderstood. They didn't have what I needed, and it would take 10 days to get it.They should know what they have.

Had a battery issue. Arrived without tools to remove. Tested. Bad read. Let us borrow tools to take apart front end to remove battery... don't ask its a ford ... bench tested bad . Replaced and put back together within 45 mins with borrowing tools etc.
