I went into AutoZone for help with a simple product I'd bought earlier. Gabriel listened and stepped up to help, fixing the immediate situation and taking extra steps to ensure there would be no issues in the future. He was efficient, competent and kind.

Gabriel was SO helpful and took time out of his busy day to help me with my car problems. Customer service at this level is rare these days, props to AutoZone for hiring amazing people. And props to Gabriel for going above and beyond! It's amazing to have a community of people who are kind and take care of one another. This guy deserves a bonus of some sort for sure!

Parker went above and beyond, leaving a lasting and positive impact on me during my recent visit to the store.I recently visited AutoZone to purchase a new car battery, and Parker not only assisted me in selecting the appropriate battery for my vehicle but also offered to install it. His technical proficiency and efficiency during the installation process were evident, ensuring that my car would be back on the road without any issues.The best part is, Parker allow me to borrow his personal jumper cables (free of charge) to get my car to the AutoZone.In a situation where my car needed urgent attention, Parker demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to customer service.His actions exemplify the kind of outstanding customer service that turns a challenging situation into a positive one.I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Parker for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. Gabriel is the man. Super helpful, super friendly. Offered to put my wiper blades on and was done in like 2 min. Even tightened one of my wipers that wasn't working and got it fixed. Give the kid a raise!Really great job!

i came here for a bolt, mason was helpful, Christina on the other hand was a complete a$$hole, i got a pack of bolts, it came with 3 bolts, and she wouldn't let me return it because it only had 3.

Came in at the 11th hour(shortly before they closed for the day)to get a "check engine" diagnostic on 07/01/2023(Saturday).I was helped by Gabriel who was legitimately the absolute nicest person ever. I know nearly nothing about cars but I did not feel judged by him in any way at all. He greeted me immediately when I walked in the door and asked what I needed help with at which point I told him that I needed a diagnostic and verified that my check engine light was indeed on.He didn't even skip a beat but grabbed his little diagnostic tool doohickey came out to the car and showed me where they plug it in and ran the diagnostic and then we went back inside and he popped that into the computer and printed it out but sheet with the code that came up. He then told me how to look that up to figure out exactly what the code meant in regards to my specific vehicle.I would have to give Gabriel 100 ? across the board, i.e; customer service, kindness, swiftness of service and assistance as well as teaching me what I needed to know about this specific issue with my vehicle in a way that I could understand.Just absolutely amazing amazing service what a fantastic human being and person working at this particular AutoZone on West State Street in the Collister shopping Center.I'm not sure how long he may have been working here but regardless of that I think it's high time that Gabriel gets a very large raise because he definitely without a doubt deserves it. From now on if I come to this AutoZone which will be the only AutoZone I come to as Long as Gabriel is working here I will definitely be seeking out his assistance because his compassion empathy and ability to teach someone who knows nothing about cars is amazing and absolutely stellar!100/10 for Gabriel as well as this Auto Zone!(4700 W. So last Saturday my new VW Taos developed some trouble and I was able to limp it into this Auto Zone's parking lot. Problem w/ brakes it would appear ... the two lads inside?? They dropped everything to assist me, helping jack the car up and put it on a jackstand and helped diagnose the trouble in short order.I am not accustomed to the care and attention these folks gave me in my moment of need. They were AWESOME. I cannot say enough good things about these people. I give them six stars (out of five) and will be an Autozone customer forever. Top shelf.

My car died after I left the keys in it on a phone call. I went in to autozone to see if they could help jump my car as I forgot my cables and my starter box. This was my mistake, and I was hoping to get help and not have to Uber back and forth to save myself. They told me that not only did they not have cables they could let me use (which I’m sure they do) but it was against company policy to help me with a starter box. Specifically that it would be a huge stretch because I was not technically in their parking lot but right next to it, in a larger complex that is shared parking. I had come here to get coffee to go and look at things at auto zone however this kind of customer service has definitely shown me that’s not where I should go. They were not busy. There was one person in the store being helped by another employee. The woman with big red glasses simply refused to help and didn’t even ask if I was a customer or why I was parked there. Very inconsiderate, as a fellow Boisean I’m astonished. There is a lot of cultural damage to be repaired here, but being kind and considerate is one thing that has always been very much part of home to me here in Boise. You definitely could have helped personally as a community member, I would have helped you.Picture of the “Stretch” attached
