Great customer service and fair pricing. They replaced the shocks on our motorhome and were great to work with. They gave us an estimate over the phone and estimate time to complete the job. Their final price and installation were both lower than the estimate. Could not be happier with the job they did on our RV.

I didn't realize that Honda Accords can have a suspension problem. My tires were wearing on the inside which could have been dangerous on the freeway. These people are very competent and made the repair for less than the Honda dealership would have charged. I just referred a friend.

Great customer service and alignment on my Jeep Gladiator after installing a lift kit. These guys are top notch. Highly recommend for car or truck alignment and other needs. Will be coming here again.
The prices are great the wait time was quick. In and out.

These guys were amazing! Went in for an alignment and not only did they end up not charging me but they also made me aware of some repairs I needed to have done that the technicians over at Ford didn't even point out! Will definitely be back

If you're a woman, don't go here. It's that shady mechanic thing where if they see a woman coming, the price is double. It's so weird here. We pulled into the parking lot and a man walked out and practically up to our car. He acted like we were cops and he was stopping us from entering. In the hot parking lot, I had to explain the situation with my car. His verbal quote was sky high. He was condescending, stating "well I'll have to see if I have time." I had been in once before and the guy at the counter was rude, seemed inconvenienced. I took the verbal "parking lot" quote and went to Les Schwab just to see what they would say in comparison. Auto Spring quoted me 1200 dollars, Les Schwab quoted me 476 dollars. That's quite a difference in price. I had gotten referred to them and was hopeful they could help me. Their personalities suck, so there is that too. They need to hire a first contact person who is about customer service, so you aren't instantly put off.

Been doing business with these guys for over 10 years. Recently had a truck that had wore out leaf springs in the rear end and needed a custom option to correct. Just took the truck on pretty intense backcountry trip and it preformed way better then expected. Definitely highly recommend them and there parts and service.

Kevin at Auto springs is exceptional. He and his team are knowledgeable, kind and get the job done right. Prices are fair, the work is ? worth every penny and even when something happened to my axle after the fact which was my fault and had nothing to do with why I brought the car to auto springs in the first place, he got me in the shop and fixed the issue so I could continue my road trip. This shop definitely deserves more than 5 stars for their customer service and the excellent service they provide. I would ? recommend auto spring co. I will be back in the future if I need any work done while I am in the Boise area. Thanks Auto springs.

A local off-road shop recommended Auto Spring for an alignment and mentioned they send all their trucks here for alignment. Glad I took their advice and ran with it. These guys are honest, do good work, and wont waste your time. You would also be hard pressed to beat their pricing!
