Ashley customer Service sucks. Worse customer service ever. Called Customer Service no records of my order. Called several of times. To make it worse I was suppose to pick up the furniture today. Rented a Uhaul paid over $ 100.00 drove 50 miles round trip recieved no furniture. System was down. Called when I back was put on hold, got passed onto the store. Then was told they would call me back. Will not buy from Ashley ever again. Worse customer service. Need people that speaks English.

Cody was the most professional, helpful and caring individual at the Ashley warehouse in Boise, Idaho. Out of 5 stars, I would give him 10! We had a horrible experience at the Meridian Home store just trying to exchange the incorrect barstool that Mike the manager put in the computer incorrectly! He made me drive back to the store with the wrong stool and wait 2 weeks for the correct bar stool, then have me the wrong paperwork so I couldn't pick up the right bar stool! So we call the home store from the warehouse, and they put us on hold for 51 minutes! Cody made everything right for us. Thank you Cody!

Purchased a bed and kitchen table at the beginning of February. The sales lady was nice and was upfront the delivery would take till March 5th. The day before a lady called to let us know we are missing a part of the bed and will not deliver till March 22nd. Whoever the person is that makes these phone calls to customers should not be doing that position. She is horrible at communication and has know idea what is going on. I asked for a manager and she had to call me back. The manager was short on the phone and returned $150. I said ok and waited for the 22nd. Then today the 21st, I was called by the horrible lady again to tell me it will be the 28th now... I told her no way we waited way too long and we should just cancel this order. Then she told me nevermind you are scheduled for the 22nd and first stop. At this point they need to payback the delivery free cost and get rid of the employee running that place.

After A HORRIBLE experience attempting to get this squared away to pick up a couch, I just wanted to thank a gentleman named Jaydon who works at this warehouse. He was the only employee across the customer care team, in-store staff, or warehouse staff who went above and beyond to try and get my issues dealt with. After my current experience with Ashley, I won’t be purchasing from them in the future.

We attempted to pick up a bed at this warehouse and the customer service was terrible. They did not bring out all of the parts we had purchased and when we tried to explain, the lady at the counter was unhelpful and said we would need to contact our sales representative. She finally reluctantly made a phone call to the store where the manager confirmed that we had indeed purchased the part for the bed. The lady at the counter was rude and off putting. I like Ashley furniture but not sure I’d want to pick anything up at this warehouse again.

A good range in value, quality and the salesman are not to pushy. What's on the floor may be the only one so make sure to ask if it is being discontinued or how long it may take to get what you want.

Worst shopping experience ever! Lied about delivery numerous times, customer service rudely hung up on me when they couldn't figure out where my order was, finally canceled the order and found the same furniture in stock locally.
