“The new management has been outstanding. I've lived here for over 12 years and have weathered major renovations and construction. Since the new management took over in the past year and a half, there has been total transparency and communication. No hidden agendas. As tenants we always know what's going on. Great location and amenities.”

“Best apartment I have ever rented hands down. Leasing office is incredibly fast and responsive to emails. The best part of the whole thing is the maintenance man Luke…. This guy can solve any issue and at speeds only gods can imagine. Shout out to Luke and the rest of the Incredible team here at Logger Creak. Pay that man triple what he’s getting please, bro has more than deserved it!”

“I moved into The Lucy Apartments a few months ago and I am so happy with my decision! Chad and The Lucy management staff were excellent with making the move in process seamless for me. The location is phenomenal as well as it is just a short walk away from my job and all the night life locations around down town. The free membership to the Grove Fitness & Spa is also easily the best perk of the complex as you are only a 5 minute walk away from one of the best gyms in Boise!”

“Very nice apartment complex. Our unit was extremely clean and well lit. We were in the middle of just moving to Boise, and everyone was very helpful. The staff is quick to respond. We felt extremely safe even at night in the parking lot. The green belt is directly behind the complex, I felt safe running right before dawn. That part of Boise seems very safe. I had no problem letting my daughter walk home from East junior high which is about 2 and a 1/2 miles away. There is a public library within walking distance. The tenants seem to be comprised of mostly younger professional people. Thank you so much, I highly recommend!”

“It was made in a way that is familiar to Japanese people, not American ones, so it was easy to use.The parking lot was a little narrow and there was only one street in front of me, so it was a little difficult to move around. The air conditioner is Japanese style, and the lack of a pool is also Japanese style. The staff were very accommodating. If I were to move to this town again, would I live here?”

“Such a wonderful place to live and located close to BSU and downtown! The staff is so friendly and is always available to assist with any questions. The various amenities are always ready to use, especially my favorite which is the gym. The equipment is great and it’s never too crowded. My unit has a functional floor plan and I feel that the bedroom sizes are great- plus they are all furnished!”

“This is a great place to live especially due to amazing maintenance and help in even more places that Dennis delivers here! He's a great leader in maintenance and it wouldn't be as great to live here without his effect. Highly recommend people consider living here for a good experience.”

“I just wanted to pop on here and talk about the maintenance guys! I locked my keys in my car so I couldn’t get into my apartment. I contacted the maintenance guy and he tried his very best to get someone on call. Took very little time for someone to pick up. Levi called me and told me that he had unlocked my apartment. Even on Christmas eve the guys were able to help! They deserve all the love! Shoutout to you Levi and the maintenance crew!”

“I live in a 1 bedroom loft, the loft could be counted as a Second bedroom. We've lived here since May 2017 and have really enjoyed it! Our neighbors are kind and respectful, the management is prompt and friendly, and our grounds are well kept by the maintenance man who is incredibly nice. Our apartment is spacious and well suited to entertaining guests, and insulates well against any temperature (stays warm in winter, cool in summer) so we don't often need to use our AC/heat. Overall, I highly recommend river plaza. The great location in downtown near the green belt and campus is perfect for us students. Only con is the parking -- hard to find a spot on weekdays between 9 and 5 due to sharing a parking lot with the other businesses. It's annoying, but manageable. The homeless shelter has never posed any issues personally and is a wonderful resource for men in need of shelter in Boise. One other con is that you can't pick up your packages on the weekends -- they are often delivered to the office and if you don't get it during office business hours you must wait. Otherwise, I really enjoy living here and have made friends with a couple neighbors-- very dog friendly place! My dog loves to play with his neighbors.”

“Staff made a significant impact on our choice to send my daughter here. If my kid has issues Kylee is always on top of it. Major con my daughter can never find parking. Would really like to see reserved parking here, but other than that would probably recommend to other parents looking for off campus housing.”
