Hands down the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. old, malfunctioning equipment that needs constant care, ...yet you get only condescending reps that insist its everything else...regardlessof facts...service has declined here over the last year... when another option arises, definitely leaving this mess.

Kaden M. had great customer service and he did a great job! He was at our clinic fixing our billing printer and also took time to fix my printer while he was here so I didn't have to create a new support ticket. My printer is also working so much better!
