I am a long time customer of this Albertsons and have always been treated with a helpful attitude and kindness. Tonight was different. My bf and I hadn’t eaten dinner yet and went to go grab some groceries. We were finishing up our shopping when a girl with red hair told us to hurry up and that she wants to go home. We are both young and work in customer service and would never stay past or until closing. It was 10:45 and we were on our way out. Then while we were at checkout she was shouting about us to her coworker. This interaction was rude and unprofessional and she should correct her behavior. You are not better than others and should not treat people like you are.

Left very unhappy! Determined that there were no "old fashioned" checkouts with cashiers, after walking back and forth. Put my full basket on the floor, which included ice cream, and walked out. Will not return!

Zenshi sushi within Albertsons—best sushi in Boise for the price. $10 for a spicy salmon roll where the salmon was delicious, not fishy, sushi grade fish. Freshly made in store! They also had brown rice rolls and bowls.

No more checkers, only self checkout. Other than the pharmacy I will not be shopping there anymore.
Update: They still have not seen the error of getting rid of the checkers. We shop at Fred Meyers now.

Went in this morning for some pre-made sandwiches. Didn’t have alot out, it was 620am. Saw a bunch behind the counter. Lady at the deli told me they “weren’t ready”. In the package with the sticker on it isn’t ready? Be better

I stopped by today to pick up some chicken and other things from the deli. One of the workers was cleaning and refused to help me. As I called this to her attention, she became belligerent and when I asked her for her name, she refused so I took a picture of her. Once I took her picture, she began to help me, but during my time with her, she had a terrible attitude and I was not happy with the type of service she was providing. I’ve live close to this store and have been coming here with my husband since at least 1989. When I went to pay for the food, it was determined that she had forgotten to put the price on the package and someone from the cashier department took it back. It was determined at that point, that her name was Jackie. It appears that their are some terrible people working in the deli department.

This is the worst Albertsons in Boise. Staff are rude and disrespectful, don't order a cake because they'll forget to make it for you. Np concept of how to talk to customers. I hope this place closes down because it's utterly useless. And this is on top of the absolutely absurd prices. Never again.
