The Bakery. I've order many cakes, specialities and cupcakes from here, but never again. This is the 2nd cake they have completely messed up and whoever did it shouldn't be a decorator. I'm sorry, but there is no excuse.

Nice area. Clean displays and fresh food. Helpful staff. Everything you'd really be looking for in a super market.

Worst customer service ever. It’s Friday at 5:00pm and my husband and I stood at poke bar for 5 minutes while the two individuals staffing it would not even acknowledge us but continue talking to one another. Mind you, they’re on the other side of the glass so you know, a whopping 3 feet away. This store is new and it’s more disappointing than the one on Five Mile. ??? nice job.

This store never never has any stock. I can find the products at other stores so we know it's not a shortage of the product. This store has a serious problem with incompetent employees that don't know how to order or set up shelf space. When you have a product that sells out all the time you up the order amount and maybe increase shelf space. When you have a product that sells slowly and is taking up more shelf space than needed you decrease the order amount and maybe shelf space. My family and friends have stopped shopping here because we almost never get what we came for.I would love to go to work for this store, I could improve the shopping experience dramatically.

Called the bakery to request a cupcake order(12) for pickup in 4 days. She cut me off saying she doubted they could do it, they didn't think they would have stock...next delivery would be after my timeline. I asked "You don't bake there?" Nope! Weird as I had made the same request a week earlier with the same timeline, no problem. We have placed bakery requests there for 10+ years, for all our special occasions and never have had any problems. Pastry Perfection here I come!

I come here a lot mainly because it's conveniently located a mile away from my house. They have nearly anything I need last minute. It's also a great place to pick up fresh vegetables daily when I need them so I don't risk forgetting about them and letting my stink up my refrigerator. The workers are also super nice and patient. I would like to highlight Albertson's fantastic bakery. Nearly all their bakery items are made daily and sold fresh. They have an extensive variety of baked goods from cheesecake slices with various toppings, the best damn chocolate cinnamon rolls, gorgeous and fun colorful cakes and soft, delicious donuts. I have yet to get something here that I didn't enjoy. My favorite in particular are the cake slices. I recommend the carrot cake the most. So fresh and moist, just the perfect amount of carrots and the cream cheese frosting is to die for!

My experience at Albertsons could be aptly summed up in the question: What would Mother Nature whisper into the void? I would soon find out. While shopping for a shovel, stain remover and a singular trash bag I heard her whisper. "I'm sick". And sick she is. Until recently I've thought this whole global warming thing was a liberal hoax to get me to stop idling my hummer overnight and littering on slow animals. But as a self-identifying environmental scientist I learned a whole lot about the way our planet works. I asked one of their disenfranchised employees if they recycled at their store. They did not. They felt that setting up a recycling bin would be far too much trouble. As I probed further I discovered that the salty "menage a twa" of environmental waste, gross negligence and blatant disregard is best exemplified in the quote "!!!" Come on Albertsons! In addition the employees were all really grumpy and I understand why. I just tried to go in there to buy something. But what I wasn't buying was their excuses. What was once my favorite hangout spot now is stained with the harsh reality that they throw out all uneaten food and produce. A fundamental question must be posed to the folks at Albertsons: Where were you? What did you do? Are you hungry? Do you wanna go out? Yeah Chinese is fine.
