I came in looking for hooks. Manuel greeted me very pleasantly and professionally. I wanted to see just how long my shelf was going to be he gladly got the tape measure lined up the hooks to make sure they would all look correct. Many times customer service just does not occur. Manuel was extremely helpful. We are building our house and most of my order was in stock. Seems like everywhere else I go, things are months out.
