Justin really went the extra mile after I hit a deer and total’d my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable of the ins and outs of navigating and negotiating with the insurance company and was even willing to hop on the phone with them directly to help clarify part of the policy. He also gave me clear and very helpful next steps and resources after it was declared a total loss.
Everyone I interacted with at Adesa was also extremely kind and helpful. I will absolutely be recommending Adesa to my friends in the area.

I am new to the Boise area and was looking for an auto body shop that I could trust and feel comfortable at, as I know very little about cars. I was connected with Justin Boll from Adesa and right away he had great communication, explained the process, and made me feel comfortable with the work to be done on my car. He made it easy going through insurance, and his workers were kind and communicative. My car had been keyed on two of my doors and Adesa was quick and thorough in making sure the car came out looking brand new! I would highly recommend Adesa for not only their quality work, but also the kindness of those who work there. Thank you!

Super knowledgeable and helpful. Justin gave us expert advice on our vehicle, and although insurance decided to total it in the end, my experience with these guys couldn’t have been better. They even helped me to get more money from the total loss. Highly recommend.

An incredibly customer focused business. Justin is fantastic in communicating the start to finish process of any repairs your vehicle is in need of. Further, he continues communicating as the process moves along. The shop handles all workings with your insurance for repairs, as well as paired with Enterprise for easy rental return.
My most recent experience with Adesa was from collision damage to my passenger side. The vehicle looks as good as new! I am a repeat customer for good reason!

My car got totaled and, while Adesa was unable to make any repairs, Justin at Adesa was incredibly helpful, despite not being able to fix my car. He gave me a lot of useful advice on how to move forward with my insurance and helped us realize they were trying to low-ball us on the car (and we almost took the money, not knowing any better) Not only that, he provided information on an appraiser for us, who was also super helpful and really came through for us. Justin really helped us out and our situation ended up better than it would've had we initially taken the first offer from our insurance or went some other route and I'm incredibly grateful!! Thank you, Justin!!

These guys are absolutely amazing!!
This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Justin, Chase + his team went way above + beyond in helping me deal w/ a complicated + stressful car insurance situation, to even letting me know that my child’s car seat was no longer safe after being in an accident (which my auto insurance had conveniently never mentioned.)
They were amazing in dealing w/ our insurance company and fought to get us all necessary repairs
They kept me regularly updated through every step of the way and even sent me photos when extra damage was found
I can’t recommend them enough. It felt incredible knowing that I could completely trust an auto body shop. I knew they'd do everything in their power to not only make my vehicle safe to drive but look brand new again, too. Definitely a 5 star experience!
I really appreciate them making a stressful experience a bit more manageable. I'll be using them from now on + referring everyone I know

Great place. Removed peeling trim on my car only to end up unable to remove the adhesive. Justin got me in the same day and removed it all very quickly and under an hour. He was extremely kind and professional, as was the receptionist. They also have a nice lobby.

I was in a jam. My back right fender was pushed in and was rubbing on my tire when going over bumps. I needed it pulled out. Showed up at Adesa and Justin, the manager came out and pulled it out for me on the spot. I tried to compensate him and he refused. Justin took care of my issue and was extremely professional. I am sending my son back to work on his car. Justin was honest and understanding.

Chase and Justin are the dudes!! Thes 2 guys were on the ball, communicated promptly and efficiently and handled the insurance like professionals! Not only did they do a great job at executing my repair and repaint but had it handled a week prior to the expected delivery date and I'm super pleased with the way my truck looks! If you need repairs this is the place. ?% would not go anywhere else!! Thanks guys!!

Shop always gives a timely estimate and then schedules after receiving the parts allowing us to use all units that are still drivable and safe. Repairs are generally completed several days ahead of schedule. They have repaired several of our units in the past year and will remain our Shop of Choice. Justin and the team have been GREAT to work with.
