Bought an ACE brand fiberglass handle shovel almost a year ago and the handle developed stress fractures. There isn't any kind of warranty, but the manager on duty, Theresa, was fantastic and traded it out, clearly seeing the value of a customer over the merchandise. I'm a loyal B's ACE customer, now.
