This place is horrible. THEY WILL DISRESPECT YOUR WIFE AND HOME. I've paid two things off and realized they take advantage of people. I bought a 400$ tv for 2000. This is outrageous. They told me it was new but it was used. Total usury. Maybe just this store, But the mngr is a complete con. I was gone, one week behind, and they waited till I wasn't home and intimidated my wife. Do not buy from here. Glenn the store manager is racist towards his employee, other employees discriminate towards other religious beliefs, as well as the furniture is infested with roaches and bedbugs. When it's reported to the manager by all the members of the team he refused to do anything about it. Last time I checked knowingly selling products infested with bugs that will harm others and other people's properties is illegal.

This store has been a nightmare! EZ PAY is anything but EASY!I have asked that the payment be processed on the 4th of each month as the first of the month is when my social security is deposited into my account.The whole reason I did this was because I wanted to help bring my credit score up by making on time payments as well as enjoying a new sectional instead of buying used for a change. But it has been nearly two years now and I’m so sick and tired of this mess!! Every time I call and ask them to please fix the problem I always get the same thing… We start the whole process over again and I am told that this time everything is done and it has been changed.NOPE!I just got another email saying that Aaron’s Ez Pay is all set for the 29th of the month and if I have any questions to please call the store!! LoL ?Unbelievable!! And it’s now going to be a New Year !!I can’t do another year!

I have ordered online twice. Never received any furniture. Never received my money back. Tried calling the store and they said nothing they can do and to call customer service. Called two different numbers and waited on hold for over an hour both times.Go to central rent 2 own. Much better follow through and customer service.

Terri write everyone card number in a notebook that she keeps. So if you call in to pay with a card because you can’t make it in just to let you now she has it saved, and if you miss your payment she will charge your card without your permission. So she committing fraud, and she still has a job there.

Very good selection. Pricing is geared more toward folks with poorer credit, except they seem competitive in furniture pricing. I did not price shop to compare, just my limited experience in furniture shopping. I was surprised to see they had power tools and gaming systems (Xbox X, Ps5, Switch).There's a cost associated with the lease to own option, so be prepared to pay more than an item is worth, even of you pay cash. They explained thar many items they sell, they pay retail prices on so if they didn't charge more, they would lose money. The difference is they show you that pricing up front (doesn't seem much different from putting furniture on your credit card and paying interest, but here you know those numbers up front).The staff are pretty friendly and knowledgeable and the main manager is sincere and honest. I didn't opt to utilize their services because I do not require them, but I'm glad they are here for people who DO need their services.

Immediately upon coming to the store I noticed one of my friends shops here to hadn't seen him in a while point is they seem to have a good range of customers. My grandparents have been getting furniture through them for years. Also when something broke even though the chair was paid off ( it was a recliner) they came to my house and showed me how to fix it. Awesome. I was tempted to start getting stuff from there as well nice stuff easy deals kind people. Very clean and up to date store.

Purchased a Samsung fridge from aarons on fairview from Jen. After it was installed in my house we noticed it was dented and scratched. Called and told her about it. Within a few weeks it stopped working. After talking to Jen she said they would fix it at my house and if they could not fix it, she said they would get the same fridge from a different location. I asked if they had the same in stock else where she said yes just that her store could not order it anymore since they are moving locations. Now they are saying they don't know when my fridge will be fixed or if they can get me a replacement of the same one. Jen is a liar I would not work with her or the fairview store.

The manager glen is an absolute terror to deal with! Every single encounter i have with this is awful! Over the years he just gets worse. He displays no professional customer service. He has been seen yelling at customers myself included. I called to ask about ordering new couch cushions and he told me he has no idea what im talking about tried explaining it to him gain and told me he has no capabilities of service or repair and no parts. When I spoke to someone online they directed me to my local store. Obviously working with the fairview store is a mistake. The only boise store with any common sense is overland with EJ.I'm glad I have paid thousands of dollars to this company to be treated like this from glen!

I love Aaron's they are always professional will spend hours with me even days helping me figure out what I want to get. I have gotten many things from them over last 15 years. There is no fee to pay off early. So if you want to get something but might not nessicarly be able to pay up front the whole thing Aaron's is way to go as they have great budget options. And I do like the flexibility to pay on month to month instead of all at once. This is probally why I chose Aaron,s for all my electronics. I'm about to go pick up a Nintendo Switch today. I have gotten 3 t.vs, a computer, 2 laptops, a video camera, a Xbox, among other things as well. THANK YOU AARON'S.
