Terrible customer service. We’ve been trying to get hold of someone for three days in a row and they have have only the answering machine working. They don’t return the calls, don’t waste your time leaving a voicemail. No website, no email addresses to get a hold of someone. I’m glad I haven’t use their services at all because if they have such a poor basic customer service I cannot imagine how bad their tax filing services could be.

Anne does an amazing job at taking care of us and getting us the reports and information we need to keep our business successful. Steven is also a great asset to this company and he has been great in being there to help out when Anne is out of the office. The guy knows his stuff! Nothing but amazing things to say about this team and will 100% continue business with them.

AA Tax has been doing my taxes since 2014, and they've always done a great job. I haven't had any issues with my returns. I went in this past Friday to sign my tax returns. Ann was busy with another client so I had the pleasure of visiting with Steven who works in the front office. He was delightful! He was friendly and personable and I wasn't bothered at all that I had to wait a bit to sign my taxes. I felt like I had made a new friend by the time I left. I will definitely be going to AA Tax next year when it comes time to file my taxes.

A business is defined by its employees. The receptionist IS extremely rude, both in person and on the phone. And while Anne (an accountant) is quite personable and knowledgeable, the folks they hire to assist with tax return processing are NOT quite competent. One year, an assistant misnamed my business on the return. But the worst occurred recently. When I opened the envelope of returned original 1099s and receipts, I found that someone had scribbled on all the documents AND One of the assistants entered the Transmit Date incorrectly into the tax return software program, entering a date exactly one month later than the IRS due date. This error cost my family $324 in late filing penalties.When I discovered the error and told AA Tax, they told me (a) "don't you remember signing that form where you agreed we might submit your return in the mail?" and (b) "this is a common IRS error; their computers do this all the time - we'll just send them a letter requesting they correct their error, but it could take six months."I was disappointed they didn't immediately offer to reimburse us for what could have been an honest mistake (and I wondered in my mind if maybe alot of the returns had been transmitted exactly 1 month late such that they couldn't afford to reimburse all that money, but I don't know).So I just asked them to provide me with a copy of the letter to the IRS. That was over a month ago, and I've not received that letter copy. Currently, AA Tax is not responding to my request for documentation. I am so very disappointed!

The tax lady that prepares and goes over information is very nice and informative. As for the receptionist very rude. Has a major attitude and will cut you off mid sentence. There was no need and completely uncalled for. I had to explain to her several times that I was just trying to understand if there was a mix up and only wanted additional clarification. What a disappointment. Maybe retrain your receptionist in providing better customer service and not be a rude woman because I won't be returning with that type of rude customer service.
