I randomly choosen 27th Street Auto. I was looking for a privately owned Mechanic shop, I am Anti-Major mechanic shops, especially dealerships! These small shops are TREMENDOUSLY superior. Megan, service Manager, is very kind and knowledgeable. She offered my dog some water, it's not a big deal, but it's the small things of showing she cares. Those are most important to me. Good people results in honest work. I will gladly return for service, no question. If your looking for a good shop, here you go.

They were very good about providing information and accurate estimates of how much the work was going to cost. Although they weren't able to fix all my issues, I believe they did all that could be done within the cost constraints of fixing a 1995 vehicle.

I was told by the dealership that I had an oil
leak and that they would need my car for 8 days and the cost would be $3600. 27th Street put my car up on the rack wash the under belly, ran the car to locate the leak. It was unclear as to where it was leaking. However, there is a very, very slow leak, we know this. So instead of tearing my car apart, they asked that I drive it for 500 miles, bring it back to see if they can locate the exact location of the leak and then we’ll go from there……

These guys are the best hands down! After taking my Jeep to two different shops , finally I found 27th Automotive. Their communication is top notch! They send you texts to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. Thank you to Megan and the rest of the team at 27th Automotive! I highly recommend them!

27th St. Automotive was a great repair shop find! I’m new to the area and needed to find a place to take my vehicle for an electrical brake light issue and A/C malfunction. The staff was super helpful and very professional, and did a great job explaining everything they were doing and what the issues were. The price was very fair, and I will be using them going forward.

Great service and quality work. Dropped off a dumpster fire of a jeep and they had fair and accurate solutions ready to go in 2-3 hrs. Impressed by both the front of house professionalism and the work that happened in back, look no further for a decent shop.

I almost don't want to post this review, because if everyone knew how great 27th St Auto is, it would be hard to get in! But this is one business the world needs to know about!! We took both of our daughters cars to them, they explained everything in great detail, it is all broken out so you can see and decide which services you want done. Megan even went over everything with me. It is hard to find a great mechanic, 27th Auto is amazing.
