Last year we moved to the Blackfoot area. We had no idea where to move all of our belongings while we waited to close but got a referral for Blue Mountain Storage. It was the best experience over several chaotic months. The unit was exactly as promised. The owners went above and beyond. along with a clean and safe environment, I was able to count on them to work with me. My couple months ran into several. Kim was particularly kind and understanding. Thank you for keeping everything. There was always good communication. I was always given a reminder call before each withdrawal. Billing and receipts were always emailed immediately. And there were no penalties as I needed to extend monthly towards the end. Thank you so much for everything!

Blue Mountain Storage is great! You can do everything online and the process is so easy! We were able to pick our unit number, out of ones available, and go put a lock on it that first day. They are in a great new location in Ammon. The units are very clean and maintained. So glad to find somewhere that I feel safe storing our belongings. I highly recommend.
