I never post reviews but this one calls for it , I’ve had probably several haircuts from Rachel .W and my haircuts have been somewhat satisfying but not in overall but this time she really did a terrible job I had to travel back 3 times to see if I could fix my hair-the first time she made my layers too lumpy and chunky from the back and really triggered my ends to split so bad not to mention how brutal she was pulling my hair while she was cutting it so when I went back for the second time she cut my layers shorter to fix it and when I got home two days later I noticed a patch of hair missing and my right side was thinner than the other which was noticeable. I went back the third time to pointed it out to her and she wasn’t very happy about it cause I could tell by the tone of her voice and lowkey-rudeness she never apologized nor did she showed any sympathy towards the occasion. Idk why I kept going back to her for my haircuts there were so many red flags from the get go lol.
Time to search for a new hairstylist for sure !

Door says walk ins welcome....it took us 15 min just to get someone to help us after we tracked her down. When we did we were told they don't do walk ins. Extremely bad customer service!

Annie is the best. She can be given as much or as little detail and make you feel good about your look when you leave. It's nice to give freedom when i get so few haircuts.

I've been a customer of Annie's for almost 5 year for my nails & hair, my husband gets regular hair & beard trims & shes the only gal I'll trust with my daughters hair.. She's always gone above and beyond for me!! Great proces and fantastic work!! I always leave happy!! My little girl's love her. Great atmosphere as well

i visited Western Edge Salon for a cut, style, + hair color (going from dark brown to pink w/black roots), and was incredibly happy with each service :D annie was very attentive to what i had hoped to achieve hairwise, walked me through each step of the process, and helped me decide what my best options would be.the salon was clean and comfy, and all the stylists were very friendly :] i'm definitely looking forward to my next appointment <3thank you so much annie for your amazing work! i love my new hair!Service: Hairstyling

I had a great experience with Annie, she is very easy going, listens to what you want and adds her own unique twist!!! My hair was such a horrible mess and thought it would be impossible to fix...but Annie worked her magic and my hair turned out AMAZING!!! definitely recommend.
