Very unprofessional business. People are rude and unwilling to even try and make the customer happy. I used their trash service and also the septic pumping service and was extremely disappointed. Use anyone else.

We have used them for many years. in the last year it has been a nightmare they often spill our garbage over from the garbage can. Today the garbage truck stopped at the garbage can but then proceeded to not dump them and just drive on by.Service: Trash removal & disposal

We moved from Colorado mid December and paid the full year for trash service. First time they were supposed to pick up they didn't. Had to call them to pick up. Second trash day comes around....no pickup again. Had to call a total of 5 times. Finally told them to come get their trash can and we were going with another company. The girls at the office are rude and the owner is always out sick. Apparently the owner is the only one that can approve refunds. Still have not been able to get a hold of him and no refund. My next stop is the Idaho Consumer Protection Division. If I could give no stars I would.

This company doesn’t care about service. Three weeks ago the garbage truck came at 10:40 pm, two weeks ago it was around 8pm, last week it was 9pm. This week it came at 12:45 am today. The office staff doesn’t care. Come on Billy Jones get your stuff together. If this was December of this year I would be changing garbage services.Service: House & garage cleanouts

We used them for 4 years. There were a few unprofessional billing issues but the service was generally ok. We discontinued service because it was no longer needed, paid our final invoice (which they cashed) and they picked up the dumpster at the end of the month. However, the bills kept coming for the monthly service. We thought it was just an oversight until they started adding handwritten notes on the bill demanding payment. Yet to figure for what they want paid! We haven’t had a dumpster in 3 months!!

We have used Snake River Dispose All for the past 6 years, and doing business with them has always been easy and pleasant! I’m unaware of the circumstances, but today one of their drivers was manually unloading trashcans on our street. One of the worse business I have ever done business with. Excuses excuses excuses. Waited a whole week when they finally showed up they didn't have enough hose after several phone calls about how far it was from the road. Told them I didn't need there service anymore. Then they had the balls to send me a bill when no service was done. Watch out for these guys. Crooks to the core.

Set up service, first week no show. They send someone (owner) out to swap dumpsters. He provides a whole list of excuses why he can't drive down our lane that has had trash service for 20 years. The 1" of snow was too deep for the trucks. the 30 foot wide lane is not wide enough, the ground is not solid enough for trash trucks but it handles concrete trucks just fine. Never once did they just come right out and ask if they could just pick it up at the end of the lane. I would not recommend these people to do anything.

Ridiculously low customer service experience today. Today, their truck's hydrolics failed, leaking fluid all over the end of my driveway. No attempt was made to clean up the huge fluid puddle. When I called, I wasn't given much confidence a solution would come. "We'll have to let the owner know..." If a reasonable solution isn't come to by tomorrow, I'm cleaning it up myself and sending them the bill for kitty litter, use of a pressure washer, and my time - which I assume is at a higher wage than the driver of the truck who should have at the very least not left this for us to find when coming home hours later after work.Update: The owner called me and they finally got someone out to clean up the steering fluid, but only removed the kitty litter I covered their mess with. My driveway is still marked from the spill. Adding to frustrations, we took off after Christmas for a week, leaving our trash out front the entire time we were gone, and came back to a full trash can. I was going to talk to the owner again about the clean up concerns, but instead just called them today (1/3/19) to cancel services.

I have had service with SRDA for 17 years. Up's and down's seem to happen but when i have problems for not having my can out, payments, etc they really work with me. Office gals are nice and always assist me and making sure whatever problem i have that it is going to be fixed or is in the process of being fixed. Local Company.
