I would tell anyone needing car repairs to look for another mechanic. I purchased a car from them, with the promise that he would "stand behind " this vehicle. He also said that he had completely gone over this car, and it was running in perfect order. I gave him the cash, registered and insured the vehicle....then I drove it for the first time. I immediately notified him that it made sound while turning right, and the check engine light was on. He told me that he sold it "as is" and if I wanted anything looked at or fixed, he would fix it for his standard rate. It felt unsafe to drive, so I had it checked by another mechanic. $1500 in work just to make it road safe. So much for trusting someone who told me that he "absolutely stood behind this car. A completely road safe car that would get great gas mileage" I now have a car that is dangerous to drive, so it's parked until I pay $1500 to another mechanic to fix a car that was damaged and dangerous when I bought it from R3 Repair LLC. Avoid this company if at all possible. I have proof of the necessary repairs and also that R3 Repair refused to fix anything...as soon as he had my cash in his hands.

Frank does an amazing job he got me in quickly to get my car door replaced and he did an amazing job as well as warranted it so I can bring it back in the summer when it warms up to get the paint touched up will go there again for all my car problems

Clutch Fan and collapsed upper radiator hose failed on my 2022 Ram 5500 6.7 4×4.R3 is a small shop that caters to personal vehicles as well as Commercial...with prompt service! His Office Manager hunted down the parts needed for Frank to get me back on the road which was no easy task co sidering the 1 month back order on parts from Dealership. Frank got me in yesterday afternoon, took me to Best Western and picked me up this morning at 11. The time span was NO fault of his, waiting on overnighter parts.IF I'm ever in the area and need a mechanic, I will definately use R3 again and I highly recommend his service(s).More than fair labor rate and parts cost. Very professional and prompt! A MUST for OTR Drivers!

We were very impressed with R3 when we went in with an electrical problem and error messages. They researched the problems and repaired them quickly and the result was better than the original. Very upfront about what they found and options for fixing it. They explained everything and it became a learning experience also. They came out to my house to look at my pick up and tell me what was wrong. He told me exactly what was wrong without trying to add a hidden repair here or there. When he knew what was wrong and that it was an easy fix he told me how to do it and after I did it the truck fired right up. I will most definitely be using R3 repairs again no doubt.
