When an employee is helping a customer, don't turn around and help another customer and ignore the 1st one. I would have spent $2000 in there today. I have never experienced anything so rude. Will not be back.

My dad was recently in the hospital and was released we needed to get recliner for him, I had called to see how far out delivery was and I was told two days. My mom went in to purchase the recliner and explained our situation they made sure to have the recliner deliveries immediately for us. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. I won’t buy furniture anywhere else!

my husband and I were in the Pocatello store. you have incredible knowledgeable and very helpful staff. The guys that delivered my washer and dryer again some incredible service. They were responsive and respectful to all my questions. definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful experience at O'Dells in Pocatello. We came in one day to check things out and were greeted warmly by a gentleman we later learned was named Mark. We told him we were just wanting to wander around and look. We found a sofa and love seat we were very interested in but needing to think things over we went home. Came back a few weeks later and Mark once again greeted us. We asked him about the sofa and love seat in the corner and unfortunately it had been sold. The set was the kind you sink into, which we refer to as napping sofas. We asked if we could order a set and the answer was of course. But wanting to make a good decision we asked if there was another set that was similar in cushiness. Mark showed us a set that was close. Lots of information later and 35 hundred questions, we left for the day. Mind you, I began this by letting Mark know that we were not ready to buy today and it would be another month or two IF we decided to purchase. Mark did not bat an eye and continued to give us all the information I requested. Two weeks later we stopped in the store one more time so I could measure the furniture to see if it would fit in the house. Once again I told Mark we were not ready but had more questions. After measuring again to see if the dogs could sleep on the back of the sofa and talking about Teflon coating because of said dogs I was ready to leave with all my info. The husband then said nope I want it now, Mark please wrap this up! Mark had it delivered that weekend! Now, let me tell you, Marks customer service is what this review is all about. Our furniture is lovely and so very nap worthy, but the overall shopping experience was made because of the stellar service Mark provided. He was not pushy, he was patient and very informative. And best of all, Mark really listened to what we wanted. So thank you Good Sir! You are the reason we have our awesome plush sofa set. Ps Here is a bad photo of our new furniture that the dogs got to sit on it before I did. And Mark, if you read this Buster found his new napping space!

was in the pocatello store looking at recliners and kids was running around being a bit loud I do admit but the lady behind the counter her name was Theresa got in the kids face take in mind they are 2 and 3 years old and yelled at them to stop now very rudely. like i said they was being loud but this was uncalled for. we gathered up the kids and was leaving and she continued saying there are others in the store once again in a rude tone. I turned and told her she was very rude and was calling corporate office and she said go ahead and told me her name was Theresa. so I left.out the door and went to sit and sleep where I purchased 2 recliners and the service there was amazing the guy was very helpful and even offered the kids a stuffed animal.

Very disappointed ... we have in the past bought a number of items .... returned a bed because is sagged -bad- after one year .... they took it back but we upgraded and paid another 900 to do so..... why we were not sold a decent bed in the beginning for 1000 not sure .... Paid cash for another bed purchase spent another 1000 ... not to mention the living room coffee and tables etc... then my daughter trying to get credit ...wanted to purchase a couch- they would not approve her ... I get it no credit so my husband said he would co-sign ... nope the rude lady who works there didn't approve him .... are you kidding me!!! Called U&I Furniture Preston ... got the same couch - even better price.... and they even delivered free..... hmmmm won't be shopping local anymore.... will give my business to U&I now!!

I decided to buy local & that was the wrong thing to do. Was looking for a good queen size bed. Went to O'dells. Salesman stated price was firm. I told him that I heard bed was cheaper in Idaho Falls. He convinced me that the beds were cheap knock offs. I purchased the bed. Somehow they accidently charged my card twice. Lady was rude about the refund. I did find the exact same bed for $400.00 less. Went & talked to O'Dells & they would not take the bed back..had it 3 days..even tho I was told I had 30 days to try bed out. I learned to not shop local..at least at O'Dell's.

On several occasions I have been in this store and purchased various pieces of furniture; each time I have never been satisfied with the customer service. On my most recent visit I have decided I will never return to this store. The woman who helped me was initially not very friendly, but when she discovered I had intentions of making a purchase she was a little more helpful. However, the dresser they sold me from the warehouse had dings, chips in the "wood" and several chunks of glue on the finish. To me this should never have been sold at full price to a customer. I had someone with a truck pick it up so I didn't get to see the flaws until it arrived at my house. We immediately took it back. When I went in for my refund the woman never said a word nor apologized for the situation, I found her to be rude and inconsiderate for her wrong doing. DO NOT SHOP AT ODELLS IN BLACKFOOT!!!
