The people are courteous and friendly to work with and equipment deliveries are prompt. The equipment is high quality and the delivery person thoroughly explains all the features and how to operate each piece. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others

So happy with the outstanding service from the entire team. They worked with us to get oxygen for my husband when the other company couldn't work with our insurance They have gone above and beyond since day one and we love them. Every person I have met has been great. They came to our house to set up service, the respiratory therapist came today and was amazing. So happy we ended up with Lincare service we love them so much we bake treats for them.

I would use Lincare, once you've been put in the system they keep send you stuff you don't need to charge your insurance, it doesn't do any good to call and cancel they keep sending you supplies. When trying to return it they give you the run around. I'm terminating their service, and going back to Norco

Bridget with Lincare in Blackfoot is the bomb. Lincare itself gets 1 star. Their corporate people are no help. Especially the case manager assigned to you. Mine was worthless. Like going to a DMV and getting the worst service possible (I’m from a city). Very little help. Lincare very frequently messes my bill up and double charges and under charges and all sorts of stuff. I’ve called in every month I’ve been with Lincare to get my bill figured out. This is where Bridget comes in. I call her directly. I don’t talk with anyone else unless absolutely necessary. I review my bill with her, I pay my bill with her, I asked her questions and she makes this whole thing possible. Without her,I would have given up on this company a long time ago. Luckily, any problem I have, I just giver her a call, she looks into it, calls me back an all is well.Thanks Bridget!!

You can never get the help you need. I just keep getting put on hold. They send the wrong supplies. Just go to another medical supply place to start.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING TO DO BUSINESS WITH LINCARE. I am a 27 year old male who was temporarily put on oxygen while waiting for a sleep study to be completed. Treated very poorly by staff at the local and national level. When I no longer needed the machine I was told I would be charged whether they picked up the machine or not, whether I used it or not, and whether I wanted the machine or not, until my doctor said it was okay for me not to have the machine. Lincare in Blackfoot told me they would get the okay from the doctor and call me back, but never did. So I called the Doctors office and had to remind them twice to discontinue the script. I paid two extra months before they finally picked up the machine. THEN.. two months later I was charged $192.31 from lincare. I called the local center and was told it was a mistake and was referred to the national billing center who refunded me the amount. A few weeks later i received a letter informing me I would be sent to collections if I did not repay the $191. When I called back in the agent says I had not paid Sept and Oct and that's why I had been billed and that the refund was a mistake. I insisted it had been paid because I had monthly automatic withdrawl. She argued with me that they had no record of the payments but that they had records for August and Nov. I was transferred to a supervisor who continued to insist I hadn't paid. I told her I had the records pulled up and in front of me, so she finally looked at their system and said oh, you did pay. She then started giving me an off the cuff reason why I owed them the money. When I calmly told her that she didn't seem to know the reason for the bill herself, she got extremely defensive and said she was almost ready to give me a refund but maybe she wouldn't if I questioned whether she knew what she was doing. WOW!!!! She said she would have to call me back. I submitted a complaint on Lincare's site for disgruntled customers and was told someone would reply, but no one would get back to me. I called the blackfoot location and left a detailed message for the manager, and they would not call me back even though they promised they would. The agent at the national center eventually called back to tell me I was charged the $191 because I had been paying cash but had insurance. THEY CHARGE YOU MORE IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE EVEN IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY DOESN'T PAY ANYTHING!!!!! I WILL NEVER LET MY LOVE ONES DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF THEY EVER NEED OXYGEN. I WILL BE PURSING A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT.
