We were courtiesly met and instructed to meet the forklift handler who is a super pro. Our shipment was in good condition. Arrived on time.

I gave one star, because my company lost $30,000 in the two days that my package was sitting on a trailer in the local facility.I had to arrange for me to finish delivery so we can stop hemorrhaging thousands of dollars a day. And they didn't even offer any kind compensation since I had to finish their job.for them.

I ordered my package paid over $200 to be shipped. Was told it would be shipped on Thursday but was not. Checked in Friday and they have no information on why it's not out for delivery, only that it was stuck on the truck and would be delivered Monday. Asked If i could pick it up. They said no! They couldnt explain to me why it was delayed a whole 5 days. Asked to speak to someone elae, they said no one else was there. Now my son doesn't get his present. Still not sure why I paid so much for the shipping if they couldn't even get it on time. Definitely trust the guys in brown more!

Maybe I'm new to this fed ex but I just came from fed ex an was charged $4.90 to fax 2 sheets of paper. Thats a lot I am not going there again.This particular lady (the older one) WAS NOT AND HAS NOT been VERY NICE AT ALL SHES RUDE!

Nice, new facility. This is not a package drop of or pick up location for FedEx Express or FedEx Ground, so don't take packages there or have them shipped to this location, they only handle large shipments. Anything that is shipped through FedEx Freight can be picked up from this location as long as it's within their system.
