She was in Blackfoot and they didn’t have the one we wanted but checked the store in Idaho Falls and they had it out and ready for us. Really appreciate all the help!! Thank you!!”

“So went in to get a coil for my vaporesso luxe xl.. they make two different pods and two different types of coils corresponding to the pods.. i was argued with about how they only make one coil. She was positive.. yet im at home now lookin at the coils and they are clearly different i wish i could take a photo to show everyone.. to maybe get some knowledge out there.. i found this whole experience to be irritating due to the fact that she clearly didnt have all the knowledge needed. So a lil suggestion to anyone that works in retail if you are going to sell a product do the research and know your product, to prevent this situation from happening. Also dont argue with the customer.. its strange that this happened cuz all my experiences at this vape shop have been good.. would rate it lower if it wasn't for just that”
