I did not have a good experience at Countryside Auto Care. I had recently purchased a Jeep with the add on of Alpha warranty and my Jeep started leaking fluid. Countryside Auto Care was the only mechanic close by (30 mins from where I lived) that was listed on the Alpha Warranty website. I called to schedule an appointment to drop my Jeep off and wanted to verify that they worked with Alpha warranty. The person on the phone did not seem to know what it was and I stated that they were listed on Alpha's website. I hoped it was just a fluke and brought my Jeep in. Long story short, they had my Jeep for the whole day and I don't really know what they did because they did not diagnose the issue and were guessing it was the radiator cap but that we could also do a leak test for an additional $80. I chose to start with replacing the radiator cap which I tried to ask if it was covered under warranty and they did not respond to that. I picked my Jeep up and took it home which once I arrived at home it was leaking much worse. I texted them the next day about it and they were like "Yah,dang. We had high hopes that it was only the cap. Maybe there is a small leak at the top of the radiator". They wanted me to bring it back but I was leary to because how many more tests were they going to want to do and charge me for before I'd get a diagnosis. Plus with it being 30 mins from my house trying to find a time to bring it back was challenging with work. I chose to go to a different mechanic who was not listed on the Alpha website and turns out he actually knew about Alpha has he has worked with them before. He said my Jeep needed a new radiator and he handled contacting Alpha which they covered 100% of the repair. This all happened back in June but it has been bothering me because essentially I wasted time and money at Countryside Auto Care for absolutely no reason. I will say the receptionists were nice and polite but otherwise I did not have a good experience at all.

Every time I go to the store I am treated with respect and I feel like they go out of the to solve my problem. They are amazing group of people who make you feel like you're family. I will always go to County Auto. Prices are good and work they do is quality and great . I leave there feeling completely at ease knowing that they did good job ??.

I went to Countryside a little over a month ago and cannot say enough good things about them. I only initially planned on having my AC done here and ended up deciding to go with multiple car repairs I intended to have done- here. I literally drove from Pocatello because they do such excellent work! They are very clear and good at explaining! They deal more than fairly with you- give a good price and went above and beyond to work within the timeline they promised before a big trip! In many ways my car is better than ever because they are meticulous in their work! I have no ties to this shop besides the amazing work they have done and if you’re thinking about going with them, just do it! You’ll be glad you did.

Woke up today headed to an appointment when my truck wouldn’t start. Made the call to Country Side Auto Care and I spoke with Matt who was extremely professional and wanted to make sure I got taken care of. Jeff came out to my house and jumped the truck while also running some tests, I followed Jeff to their shop and he was able to put in a new battery. You can tell Jeff loves what he does and he was excited when explaining the process of what he was doing. Everything was taken care of quickly as soon as I made my first call. These guys were quick, personable, professional, easy to talk to and were eager to help me. I should also mention, I told Matt that I spoke with a local tow company who could tow me to the shop for $200 and he told me that was insane and that he would send Jeff to jump me or get their truck to tow me to them for less! They really took care of me.
