I was unaware my kittens needed to be 3-lbs before being spayed so I called reschedule .
The lady I spoke to was telling the truth about the weight requirement, following up with a horrific version of said procedure.
I was literally having second thoughts honestly feel she liked being cruel & making me feel nervous & panicked.
I called cottonwood immediately and the staff was confused about what I'd been told, stating "I have no idea what she's talking about " (I was so relieved to hear this) she then assured me that my fur babies would be taken care of.
My appointment is coming up & I am confident I chose the right veterinarian clinic

Thank you cottonwood clinic!! I unfortunately called another emergency vet in blackfoot and was told that they had to travel from idaho falls and it would take an hour or more so I should just be there when they opened. I was in a bad situation with my cat and Rex was spot on! He was kind and considerate about my situation! He was truly a vet on call!

My chocolate lab is sadly not a giant people person as he doesn’t just trust anyone right away but by the time the nice staff member came around to greet him for the second time he warmed up to her so quick and was so happy. The staff their are so sweet and did such a great job with my dog’s neuter. I would go there for any of his medical needs. Also very reasonable priced I think and got him in right away.

The team always takes A++ care of my pups! Very helpful with all my questions and concerns! I can’t say enough good things about their staff, they really go above and beyond!

Took rescue kitten for shots and spay. Very friendly helpful staff. Took real good care of milly. Will be moving orher cat and dog over to them.

The vet was very knowledgeable and didnt treat our dog any different even though she was an american pitbull terrier. We will definately be making this our vet for both of our dogs.
