Call to see if they had any available units. The man that answered the phone was very rude. Like I was wasting his time. They have no available units at this point in time don't waste your time call somebody else.

Our experience with them started out alright. Then they kept raising the price on our monthly payments. And then when we were done, they cut off our lock before we could go get it. Very very displeased with them. Do not recommend. We would like our money back for our lock or a new lock completely in reimbursement.

So far so good, they do have a fence although it is open most the time they do also have cameras and I kind of dig that!!

I tried and tried to get ahold of them to rent a unit. After a week and a half of calling once or twice a day, I waited and waited to be told they didn't have anything available. While the place itself looks nice enough, I feel the customer service was lacking.

Easy accessible units with a staff that will go out of their way to help. I am storing my street bike there and it was very easy and low stress to get in. Not to mention the first month of rent is free!

Best storage units I have seen in all of Blackfoot. Great location and very friendly staff. The units are brand new so you just know that your items will be safe and secure. Also, the 1st months rent is FREE!

Blackfoot Secure Storage is the best storage lot, brand new, great location. It is easily accessible. Storage units very is size so its great for large items and small items you want to store. The people are great and nice to work with, and the best part the first month is free yes FREE! I would and will recommend Blackfoot Secure Storage to everyone I know looking for a storage unit.
