Went in to purchase some supplies. There was a younger female working throughout the aisles and the cashier was an older male.
This store BY FAR had the worst customer service I’ve seen. The female kept dodging me when I tried to ask her a question. The store was not busy (literally two other guys and myself) nor was she stocking aisles or helping anyone else. She was just walking away.
The cashier didn’t say a thing when I walked up to him. I asked him some questions about his knowledge about parts that I am missing from my weedwacker. He didn’t try to help at all, he just told me the aisle number “check aisle four”.
I could understand if the store was busy. I could understand if I was being rude. Hell, I could totally understand if I showed up right before closing. None of the above was the case.
Didn’t want to travel all the way to Home Depot but looks like I’ll be doing that from here on out

We lived here long before this was an ACE, the guy at the counter was less than pleasant today. I mentioned that C-A-L ranch sells their hardware without having write down numbers, and he said well that’s C-A-L ranch go there. Well thanks for the advice I’ll just do that from now on.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, they've got lots of good deals and a good selection of things on clearance, overall it's a good hardware store

We needed a few items for our RV and are new to town, unfortunately they didn't have what we needed but we're extremely helpful in helping us locate everything we needed elsewhere and that is seriously some excellent customer service. We will be loyal customers from here on out.

Great store when you need something. Only problem is when you need something no matter what it happens to be the Blackfoot ace hardware doesnt stock it, but Pocatello, Shelley and Idaho Falls always convieniently have it. Dont understand. Since I moved here to Blackfoot I still have to rely on other towns.
