If I could rate the service of this storage facility any lower - I would. Unfortunately you can't give zero stars. They lack customer service, "lose payments" -- however I'm certain that the cash payments I've made on my unit just went into their pocket, and then wait until they've already filed a lien to contact you to tell you there is a problem. I will admit that I have made late payments and definitely haven't been on time but to be told that "I have not been making payments" is just ridiculous especially when I have had people with me in my car while I was there making a payment. I will be contacting an attorney, BBB, and ensuring that your business practices are well known.
