I own a bar/restaurant and I have been to Sinclair's NC QUICKSTOP many times to purchase liquor for my establishment. The cashier today was a sweet lady who just started working there and had excellent customer service. She didn't know how to run the liquor through the system as a bar and she called some blonde shorter haired lady in. I haven't dealt with this one before. However, as soon as she came out she had an attitude and told me she wouldn't sell to me. The reason she wouldn't sell to me is because most times I go in to purchase liquor they refuse to run it through the bar and want me to pay full price. If I'm buying for a bar it should be ran that way. The owner Nathan doesn't care about his customer service here as well as his other establishment in town where I have had similar horrible customer service. I will not support one business that Nathan or any of his family own. They do not respect their customers and treat you horribly. She told me I was banned from NC QUICKSTOP. I don't care that I'm not welcomed back there. I have a problem with how they treat people and it's not just me. The cashiers are always rude and don't want to do their jobs. It takes an extra 5 minutes to run it correctly through the system as a bar/restaurant but that must be to difficult or to much time out of all the personal things they are doing on the job. I have tried calling Nathan several times but he isn't ever available. BEWARE BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS HERE.

LIQUOR STORE!! ??Small convenience store/liquor store/pizza place. Bathrooms were clean. The cashier was super friendly!!! ????

i hit every Sinclair from idaho falls to eagle, idaho twice in a 24 hr period the other day and was pleased with every single location. the restrooms were spotless n smelled good and the staff were very friendly n helpful.

I cannot pronounce the new “manager?”s name but she is Not very nice. I have never felt so insignificant as I did while she “assisted” me. She was very concerned about getting to the gentlemen behind me. I was just a transaction. In fact she talked to them over the top of me, as if I wasn’t even there. The most conversation I got was my total. Then the card machine wouldn’t work and she acted as if I personally had done something to the machine , annoyedly telling me how to operate it as if I was daft. I apologized to her but she treated me very cold. I won’t say I’ll never go back because I have received good service in the past, but if I go in and she is there, I will turn around and leave.
