They care enough for their customers to tell them the truth. Even if the customer doesn't want to hear the news. An educated decision needs truth. Then they fix the vehicle. I have no regrets. My vehicle works great.

Fix broke in less than 1 week, instead of dealing with it, he makes the customer do the leg work. Now refusing to pay for new fix and tow because I texted him my displrasure with a phone call he made to me on the issue, in which he yelled and cussed at me, the customer. I repeat, he's refused to pay for a fix that didn't keep. Shops a filthy wreck to boot. There seems to be other options in Arco for mechanics. The term malignant narcicist comes to mind.
