He was so pleasant & kind that we couldn't even phased by the situation. He took our car to the auto shop, helped drop it off & introduce us to the owner (Nathan), then we went over to his office/house to complete the transaction. There he showed us his collection of amazing antique vehicles! It was a fun little field trip that made the whole situation better.
