⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ashley has such great energy and she is actually the sweetest ever!! This class was so fun, adaptable to different fitness levels and you still get a great workout! It’s also such a welcoming and non-judgmental environment! 10/10 recommend!!!
