I have been out of my blood pressure meds for over a month. Used the app to request a refill. They had to get a doctor's prescription for anther year. Waited two weeks and it was still pending. Asked my doctor if they got a request and they said no. This time I called Walgreens and the employee said he would put a request in the next day as it was after hours. Still two plus weeks and still pending and doctor still have not received a request for prescription. Checked with Walgreens again and while we were waiting the pharmacy tech looked at our account and over a hot mike called our doctor a "loser ." To add to this my wife dropped off a number of prescriptions, one of which was for pain. It took over a week to get that filled because they had MISPLACED THE PRESCRIPTION! Meanwhile she had to deal with and suffer with the pain. It was our doctor's office that had to call to get it straighten out. We are done with these people. Asked for a written prescription from my doctor for my meds and we are taking our business elsewhere. Maybe I can get my blood pressure medication filled finally.

My daughter in law went in to fill prescriptions for my son who needed pain medication for an injury he had fallen off a ladder from 2 stories high landing on his head on cement. He has since been released from the hospital however is on a lot of medication for his injuries. I was on the phone with my daughter in law when she originally went in to Walgreens to fill my son's prescriptions originally and she was having a lot of issues filling his medications. They were telling her that his insurance would not fill the quantity that he was being prescribed and I advised her that it was to go through Workman's Comp. where she advised them while I was on the phone that he was injured while at work etc. They made calls to the Doctor who prescribed the medication and somehow things worked out. The next thing I know more issues with the medication at Walgreens so my daughter in law proceeded to go to a different Pharmacy and there she advised them that it was a Workman's Comp claim and the young lady at the Pharmacy gave her a paper, had her fill it out and she had the medication filled in no time. Fast Forward a day and once again needed a pain medication refill (hence my current post). My daughter went in to fill the prescription for pain medication and it was for 60 pills at which she was advised that they only had 16 or 17 pills but if she filled the prescription for the partial prescription, she would then void the remainder of the prescription. She was furious and did not understand how that could be. She had to fill the prescription and was then told if she filled it, she would then have to contact the prescribing doctor and have him write another script. However, it is Labor Day weekend and how in the world is she suppose to do that. Now .... I am here to say the Pharmacist or whoever to her this information is wrong... Drug Enforcement Administration 85 FR 78282 21 CFR 1306 Partial Filling of Prescriptions for Schedule II Controlled Substances federalregister.gov/d/20… The partial filling of a prescription for a controlled substance listed in Schedule II is permissible if the pharmacist is unable to supply the full quantity called for in a written or emergency oral prescription and he makes a notation of the quantity supplied on the face of the written prescription, written record of the emergency oral prescription, or in the electronic prescription record. The remaining portion of the prescription may be filled within 72 hours of the first partial filling; however, if the remaining portion is not or cannot be filled within the 72-hour period, the pharmacist shall notify the prescribing individual practitioner. No further quantity may be supplied beyond 72 hours without a new prescription. My daughter in law was never given this information she was just advised that she needed to call the doctor and get another prescription. Whatever happened to serving your customers and giving the correct information? First of all, I am extremely annoyed obviously by this long post!! How many customers have gone through this game? First of all, why didn't Walgreens give her the paperwork the other Pharmacy gave my daughter in law regarding Workman's Comp insurance, secondly why didn't they advise her of the 72-hour period for filling the rest of the medication? Thirdly your customer service skills need to be addressed along with other issues I have listed above!! I could go on put I wont I think I have said enough!

Scheduled my vaccine in an evening time slot. I waited 10 minutes in line to be acknowledged, and then over an hour past my appointment time to get the vaccine. This happened the last time I scheduled a vaccine as well. The guy before me soared by in 10 minutes; they must prefer males. Not a recommended place for vaccines.

Don't bother taking the time to make an appointment to get a vaccine. We made appointments for both Covid vaccines and waited in a line to let them know we were there and then waited longer to get them. Total wait time each time was 90 minutes and today we made an appointment for our flu shot and got to the store and there were 15 people in line which we had to stand in just to let them know we were there. They should have a button on the app to check in instead of standing in line. We ended up leaving and going to Broliums and got our flu shots there

Great pharmacy staff, very helpful and kind. Even when they are super busy no one is made to feel like they're an inconvenience or burden.

Worst staff ever! Member Gaylene is too old to be in retail. I came in for a simple purchase a she struggled for 30 plus minutes to figure it out and needed a manager twice. It was very annoying to say the least. Will not be returning to this store

I have many health problems and have been to many pharmacies and have never been treated this way. There is a pharmacist named Carl who is very rude every single time I have called. I work in the healthcare field and I would NEVER treat anyone this way. I have come across him 5-6 times and he has been extremely rude every time for no reason.

I have been impressed with the pharmacy. They are always kind and courteous, and as someone who calls in prescriptions all the time, This has been the best Walgreens I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My patient's seem to like them, and pricing has been consistently fair for most drugs - especially with GoodRx programs.

For being the only 24 Pharmacy people are pretty damn rude. The whole store is open for your Convenience. The store is busy for that reason, quit your crying.

The pharmacy sucks bongo dick. They have no idea how insurance works, I've listened to countless people complain about how incompetent the pharmacy staff are.
