They’re pretty quick but customer service is absolutely terrible. If you have a question they act annoyed every time. They’re not helpful, most of the workers here are extremely rude and abrupt. I understand having to answer questions all day and deal with people, but do better. I literally can’t pick up my meds without being anxious because I know I’m not going to be treated well.

This pharmacy at the Ammon location is the worst one ever. All the employees look like they don’t want to help. They act like your issue isn’t important and it’s very unprofessional. I will travel an extra 10 mins to the other Walmart where they want to help, are friendly, and positive attitude.

Most of my experiences have been positive. I have had to deal with the occasional unnecessary abruptness. I stock that in human nature and how customers can be rude. I subscribed to the texting feature that lets me know that my scripts are ready. I rarely let it get to the point of where I NEED to have them filled. I also try to go to the pharmacy during off peak hours, which depending on the day is variable. The line does get incredibly long during peak hours and you can sit there for at least 20+ minutes. But on the positive side, I just walk up, let them know I have a pick up with my name and DOB and the transaction is less than 5 minutes. Still waiting on a bad experience that I'm reading with these other reviews.

Always taking good care of me, I’m diabetic and they have always helped me get the best deal. They have saved me quite literally thousands of dollars! Good people!

All but 1 tech is extremely nice and they have even called medicaid for me when they were being difficult, I suffer from multiple genetic disorders and chronic issues and if my prescription isn't filled they say 20 minutes but usually get it filled in 10, the line can get long sometimes but that isn't necessarily they're fault

This one is very busy. The line to pick up prescriptions quite long. There' is some kind of problem with getting my scripts filled probably about half of the time. Some of the techs are rude and clearly don't know what they are doing. Lots of mistakes.

I would give a negative review if I could. My doctor send my prescription and every time they are days late with filling it or don’t even initiate filling it unless I come into the store and ask for it. Completely ridiculous.

Tech Diane helped me find a discount when I lost my insurance. She saved me almost $900. My refills are always ready when I need them and everyone is helpful.

Well we are from Boise but we come to Ammon to see friends. We need some prescriptions filled and the pharmacy is suppose to fax the dr for refils or Boise for orders. The 1st person i talked to said they don't do that i would have to call my dr. Called dr. No the pharmacy is. So the 2nd person said oh okay. I guess we can. 2 weeks we've yet to get our pills.

Michael (I think his name was) helped me so much. I was having a hard time getting my refills requested and he took the time to hunt them down in the system and get them placed, and he was very patient with me even though I think I screwed up on the app. I really really appreciated all his help!
