I picked up a prescription today for something not covered by my RX insurance. Jolie at the pharmacy desk helped me to find a coupon online to save me a considerable amount of money. It's so refreshing to find someone that goes above and beyond for customer service. Thank you so much Jolie and thank you Walgreens. I have had prescriptions filled at this Walgreens a half dozen times and every time has been a positive experience.

Highly disappointed in the upper managers it seems like. Yelling at their employees in front of the customers. ZERO RESPECT shown for each other. I was standing there while being helped then this white lady with short blonde hair comes yelling at the other staff about a misunderstanding between her and the pervious customer. I found that to be very disrespectful! As a manager myself I think she would’ve handled the situation differently. And the lines are always long.

This is specifically for the pharmacy staff. I went on a weekday to fill a prescription and they told me to wait to make sure the prescription was in stock. They assured me it was and told me to come back in a half hour for pick up. My husband went to pick it up later and they told him they didn’t have it ready but to come back on Monday (3 days) and it would be. So we went back the next week and the 3rd tech told us they didn’t have the medication in stock… incompetence… now we don’t have his medication. They also told me I had to come into the store in 40 minutes if I wanted my paper prescription back to go elsewhere.

VERY rude, curt, terse cashiers who are literally annoyed at seeing customers. They won't accept coupons and speak rudely to handicapped & elderly customers. You absolutely should not shop here or get your prescription filled here.

Had a sale sign out, tried to buy stuff, proceeded to say the sale doesn't actually start for 10 days. What's the point of that? Pharmacy lines are long too

Stood in line for 50 minutes to pick up a prescription. Last time it was 35 minutes. This place is the worst and no matter how many people complain about it they don't do anything to change it. They simply don't care.

Friendly staff! The price stickers are confusing though. They're so small and many items seemed as if they weren't categorized correctly.
If you go in, make sure you read which items are on sale. They're not always the whole row.
This may be due to the small price tags.
I do like their coupons and rewards points.

Me and my sister went in there to put money on her cash app card so that we could pay a phone bill and the lady was super disrespectful and very sarcastic. She was an older woman with black hair and blue eyes. Totally ruined our whole experience, trying to get what we needed to do done. Do not recommend this Walgreens.

Love Walgreens, mainly because of their 24 hour location in Ammon. The staff are amazing and very helpful. One of my favorites when dashing for DoorDash!

I have been out of my blood pressure meds for over a month. Used the app to request a refill. They had to get a doctor's prescription for anther year. Waited two weeks and it was still pending. Asked my doctor if they got a request and they said no. This time I called Walgreens and the employee said he would put a request in the next day as it was after hours. Still two plus weeks and still pending and doctor still have not received a request for prescription. Checked with Walgreens again and while we were waiting the pharmacy tech looked at our account and over a hot mike called our doctor a "loser ." To add to this my wife dropped off a number of prescriptions, one of which was for pain. It took over a week to get that filled because they had MISPLACED THE PRESCRIPTION! Meanwhile she had to deal with and suffer with the pain. It was our doctor's office that had to call to get it straighten out. We are done with these people. Asked for a written prescription from my doctor for my meds and we are taking our business elsewhere. Maybe I can get my blood pressure medication filled finally.

Sooooo disorganized and takes forrrrevveerrrr to get my medication. I stopped using Walgreens years ago for the same reasons, but had an emergency yesterday and my regular pharmacy is closed on Sundays. So I had to use Walgreens. Huge mistake. Nothing has changed. Still sucks.
