I give up with staples, it’s so ridiculous the staff is always so grumpy. I ask for help then they give me a bad time and talk to me like I’m stupid when I’m simply asking for assistance.
Every employee is always bitter and rude and it’s not a good atmosphere. It’s not just today it’s literally the past few months this year I have been coming here.
I won’t be coming back.

I understand why people give up on local stores and choose to buy from Amazon instead. Grumpy, unknowledgable, and unhelpful employees do not make for a good experience.
Went in to get a dozen or so binders for my non-profit board of directors. It was frustrating at best. No answers and no help to speak of. I won't be going back. Will look for another, more helpful source and go to Amazon if I can't find one.

I purchased a desk ,file cabinet and hanging folders after looking in store and on the phone with my adult children who went to the store to tell what was available , since I live 70 miles from the Ammon store . long story short , Jeff The GM and all staff on the phone for several phone calls were super helpful . one desk was on for sale for 20$ less than the online price and Jeff gave me the number to staples .com which quickly without questions credited the $20 back to me . they had everything pulled and ready fast and when My adult children came back from a quick lunch the items were ready and the loading process was quick and easy... THANK YOU for all of the customer service that is hard to find in most places today...David Roberts . I am a small business owner and really appreciate this !!!

I have trusted the technical support team at Staples for many years. They offer a service of knowledge and experience and I trust them to be the subject matter expert when it comes to computers. The individuals in the Idaho Falls/Ammon, ID store have always given good advice in the past and some of the same people remain working at the store. I hope that shows that Staples as a company is good to their employees.I would recommend Staples in Idaho Falls /Ammon, Idaho to anyone purchasing a computer and requiring questions to be answered and technical support in the future on products purchased.

I am yet again fairly disappointed in Staples' printing service... there seems to be a disconnect between online print service ordering and what happens at the store...I am not local to this store... I was ordering training materials to be couriered to a new employee for a fee of $14.99... the print job was never delivered...Side note: turns out their "courier" is InstaCart who dropped this ball... which is why I am giving 4 stars (originally I wanted to give less)...Staples - I would have appreciated a heads up from the store that InstaCart never arrived to deliver the order. Instead the order was deceivingly marked "delivered' online and is just sitting in the store. My new employee ended up reaching out to tell me he never received the material a week later.I called the local Staples store and spoke with Jeff... thankfully, he was nice and willing to do whatever he could to make the issue right. Jeff gets 5 stars... I understand mistakes happen - but good customer service goes a LONG way! Had Staples kept me in the loop about the InstCart fail, I would have given 5 stars for the clear communication and expectations...

While the store itself is very nice, I have had my issues with the print service area, specifically the staff. Today pushed me enough to finally leave a review. While I've been dismissed by the print service staff before and been told they can't help me print or I need to do it myself (which last time I checked is untrue, I should be able to get things printed by the staff at the counter) today I went to print and was asked for help by an older gentleman trying to print. He was unsure what he had to do and the print staff had been no help. They gave him the same instruction card they gave me when they first told me to do it myself and left him to his own devices. The fact that no one working the print area at the time noticed this man struggling or helped him when asked is ridiculous. I walked the man through the whole process, made sure everything looked ok for him and then sent him on his way. While I am always happy to help and enjoyed talking to this man, I shouldn't have to when there are multiple print staff being paid to do just that. Staples really needs to get on the print staff and offer better customer service in that section of the store because it's just ridiculous. Every time I've been in and asked for something I've been dismissed or given the impression that I'm just a burden.

Margarita helped me at this location and she was very professional and helpful. She did an amazing job on my business cards and even helped me pass out some cards for my business! Super nice! She needs a raise. :)

I'm only putting 3 stars for Richard and his amazing customer service. Had a mishap and screwed up a printing project and the 1st employee to help was just really uninterested in helping our situation, then the general manager came over and was awful. Rude attitude, horrible customer service, Then walked off without even attempting to help also. So then we ended up with Richard who actually took the time to make sure we got what we needed taken care of with a great attitude and awesome customer service. So thank you Richard. You are amazing!
