We have been with t mobile probably a year now and it has been the worst experience. This store’s employees have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, especially the manager. They have made so many false promises and set our phones up completely wrong multiple times. We have spent probably 8 hours on help calls where corporate has to fix all of this stores mistakes. We have been overpaying monthly and they say they’ll fix it and won’t. The manager also messed up and double charged us months ago and has promised to give us our refund and still hasn’t. The only reason there are any 5 star reviews is because the manager pays customers to do it. He literally couldn’t pay us to give a good review it’s been so bad.

I have been a customer with Sprint/T-Mobile for 13 years. That ends now with the way I was just treated in this store. The associate was very rude. We came in to upgrade our phones. When he looked up my account he said "Sir, did you know that your account is serious delinquent? I can't do anything for you until you pay this in full" I will say that yes my account was past due by three days, but I knew that I was planning to upgrade my phones so just figured I'd take care of it at that time. I told him that I was going to pay it in full tonight and that it would be fine. Then he said, "Okay, but I can't help you until it's paid. Also you will also have to pay taxes and activation fee on everything tonight as well." At this point I was done with the rude condescending attitude of this associate and said to my family that were we going. Worst interaction ever. I will now need to try AT&T now that T-Mobile is worse than Verizon.

I went in to transfer from Verizon and Gabriella and Conner with both amazing and very helpful. They worked with us, had a great attitude through the whole process even though they ended up having to stay late with all of the customers they were helping. Gabriella was amazing at multi tasking. She was on hold with one company for one customer while activating my phone. It was seamless and they were both very helpful. Highly recommend! Also my service is better than with Verizon and cheaper!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came into this store back in October to do a jump upgrade. I had asked how we return our old phones once our new phones came. The gentleman helping us let us know that we would get a return shipping package and label or we could return to the store. The phones were shipped to us and no pre-paid shipping package and label came in the box. I took the phones in to return them and the girl helping us said they can't take phones in store. I told her what the gentleman had said to us and she asked who had helped us, she then got her assistant manager and it turned out to be the guy that told us we could return the phones in store. He proceeded to tell me that I need to check my email for information and that they don't return the phones. I showed them that on the website it says that phones can be returned in store. He said they are a third party store and don't deal with that. If I wanted to be helped I could go to the store in Blackfoot. I went to the store in Blackfoot and they were appalled that I was told the wrong information and that since the Ammon store had started my jump process they were the ones who were supposed to return the phones for me. Needless to say, I had to spend my own money on shipping back my phones to T-mobile. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this. I do not recommend anyone going to this location.

Anything promised by this TMobile needs to be in writing. I have been waiting 4 months for a free screen protector that I was told today I have to pay for, now. The manager I spoke with today was unsympathetic and rude. This makes me consider once again switching to Verizon. Stay away from this joke.

Both the manager and the mobile expert were absolutely wonderful. They were busy but excellent at multitasking. In the end the manager suggested we try something that customer care said wasn't possible. We got home and plugged in and poof we had amazing internet speeds. Absolute life saver!

The personnel in the store are unable to fix my phone which is brand new but about 1/3 of the calls have so many interruptions that people can't talk to me. They sent me to you break we fix and they were also unable to help me. I can't live with my phone this way especially when I'm on calls that are very important. The people in the store are fine but if they are unable to fix my brand new phone. they should be able to somehow do that or give me another one and then my rating will go up.

We came in today and Justin and Alaina helped us set up a new phone, it was super easy and didn't take very long! We're grateful

It has been 6 months since I went in with my partner. I wanted to purchase a new phone for them for Christmas. 2 hours in they talked me into switching from sprint to tmobile trading in my beloved Note 20 for the S21 ultra stating they could give me a $800 trade in on it and my bill would be cheaper. Well that was a lie as my bill is higher I received $0 for my trade in, the $50 screen protector we purchased with the promise of being able to replace for free any time has also turned out to be a lie. Worst service, worst customer help I have ever received. Go to Verizon, ATT, straight talk, two cans and a string anything but T-mobile.

I went to two other T-Mobile stores and contacted customer support to no avail, and then literally within 3 minutes of walking into the store the redhead guy with freckles fixed my whole phone. I was absolutely shocked. He’s my hero.

Doesn't really make sense to me to take 90minutes to switch a sim-card.Also, I had to stand out in the freezing cold wind so they wouldn't overdo their "door swings" for the day. What a joke!

April helped me sign up for a T-mobile plan. I appreciate her frienliness and professional attitude. She helped me switch to a new T-mobile plan, and I'm looking dorward to dealing with this comoany.

Initially, we went in to compare coverage and prices with other providers. We chose T mobile because we would supposedly get a discount because of my husband's work. We went in to find that the initial plan we were looking at wasn't available anymore and that the discount would only apply if we got their most expensive plan, which we weren't interested in. We were not thrilled, but we finally (I think we were there for 4 hours) agreed on trading in my phone for a 2022 model with no cost to us (which wasn't in stock, I had to wait for it to come and hold on to my old phone, then take it in because my number wasn't transferring and make sure it was set up correctly and I wanted to be sure they got my trade in as soon as possible) and my husband's phone for a decent discount on a 2021 phone. We were set, or so we thought. T mobile let us know that the credits might not show up on our first bill, but they would our second bill. I look at my second bill, and it's still the same as the first bill, and over $50 more than we agreed to pay monthly. I looked at the app and found that despite us giving them both our old phones, there was no discount AT ALL applied to the phones. We were paying installments for the FULL PRICE of the new phones! I called customer service to find that despite signing a contract and having certain discounts and promotions applied, the system decided to apply the "buy one get one" promotion. The representative was very helpful, but she still had to go look through all of their promotions to find the one we agreed to. What is the point of a contract if they don't even pretend to agree to it? What is the point if we sign it and then the system decides to apply a promotion that doesn't even apply to our situation? And what kind of shady business charges people more than they agreed to until they go through the trouble of looking everything up and complaining? Come on t mobile! I gave up trying out Ryan Reynold's new wireless company because you were supposedly more reliable and legitimate! Live up to my good expectations!I'm giving 2 stars rather that one because the girl who helped me was very helpful and hopefully reapplied the promotions we originally agreed to. Hopefully it works and we start paying what we agreed to.

T-Mobile is a terrible company. I was charged over $400 for a hotspot that I used for 3 months. I wanted a home wifi router and got this. It has been 6 months since I got the hotspot that I never wanted and I keep getting billed. I have talked to 8 customer care people and 2 workers at this store. Still trying to get this figured out.

Normally I loathe going to the cell phone store. This time was no different EXCEPT that Justin and Curtis made it fun. Yep, fun! They are very knowledgeable and got us the best price they could! I recommended going to these dudes! I haven’t enjoyed updating my phone and plan so much as I did with these guys!
