I use this as my business address. No longer have packages taken from my porch! A big win! The people are friendly and very helpful. As I receive a lot of packages they do have to keep busy just with my work. Their hours are usually business hours (9-6 and reduced hours on Saturdays) and it's easy to make it there to receive my mail. They also offer shipping services if I have a package to mail. I highly recommend them as a mail and package delivery source.

He has great reviews from his customers, now from his vendors point of view, well they have been treated poorly and hasn’t bothered to offer any assistance when they are there. They stand around and watch rather than jump in and help.

I used Ship Pro to ship a package by USPS. The postal service lost my package and was extremely frustrating to work with. As a last ditch effort, I went into Ship Pro to see if they could help. They were able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes, find my package and even paid the extra shipping to have it delivered asap. I was so impressed by their customer service and willingness to help me!

This is an amazing place where true service and kindness still exist. During the stressful time of preparing for my daughter’s funeral, Dane helped us so much, going the extra mile to make sure they looked great and graciously meeting deadlines. I’m very very grateful!!
