“I purchased a desk ,file cabinet and hanging folders after looking in store and on the phone with my adult children who went to the store to tell what was available , since I live 70 miles from the Ammon store . long story short , Jeff The GM and all staff on the phone for several phone calls were super helpful . one desk was on for sale for 20$ less than the online price and Jeff gave me the number to staples .com which quickly without questions credited the $20 back to me . they had everything pulled and ready fast and when My adult children came back from a quick lunch the items were ready and the loading process was quick and easy... THANK YOU for all of the customer service that is hard to find in most places today...David Roberts . I am a small business owner and really appreciate this !!!”

I got an email today that they were done. They look amazing. I am so happy that they were able to fit our timeline with all the orders I'm sure they have before the holidays but I would 10/10 recommend. Can't wait to order more in the future. “Shipping and dealing with returns are usually such a hassle, especially with a store that handles the amount of volume that this location does. Despite all the challenges, this team moves like a well oiled machine. Especially Christal their supervisor. We were lucky enough to have her deal with our return. We had trouble with shipping labels for our two large boxes. Most associates would have sent us on our way to figure it out on our own. She helped us get on the phone with the right people from Amazon and had us out of there in no time! Can not recommend this location and their leadership more!”
