“I’m an RN who utilizes heartland pharmacy at multiple assisted living facilities. They have an amazing team and have always done a great job with our patient’s medications. They have great communication, get meds to us in a timely manner, and have helped us to keep everyone’s medications on track and organized. We are very happy with their services!”
“Most of my experiences have been positive. I have had to deal with the occasional unnecessary abruptness. I stock that in human nature and how customers can be rude. I subscribed to the texting feature that lets me know that my scripts are ready. I rarely let it get to the point of where I NEED to have them filled. I also try to go to the pharmacy during off peak hours, which depending on the day is variable. The line does get incredibly long during peak hours and you can sit there for at least 20+ minutes. But on the positive side, I just walk up, let them know I have a pick up with my name and DOB and the transaction is less than 5 minutes. Still waiting on a bad experience that I'm reading with these other reviews.”

“I picked up a prescription today for something not covered by my RX insurance. Jolie at the pharmacy desk helped me to find a coupon online to save me a considerable amount of money. It's so refreshing to find someone that goes above and beyond for customer service. Thank you so much Jolie and thank you Walgreens. I have had prescriptions filled at this Walgreens a half dozen times and every time has been a positive experience.”
