Mary Lee helped me with a billing issue. She was friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated her setting up my husband’s billing . He is in memory care and takes a lot of medications. This pharmacy dispenses his medications in blister packaging so that the dosages are correct each day. I am glad to pay a bit more here than at other pharmacies to get that packaging for him. His meds are properly administered by the caregivers in our facility. Thank you!

Heartland Pharmacy does NOT respect a persons wishes. Heartland is crooked because Heartland play mind games with their loyal customers who has been with them for many years. I don't recommend anyone to do business with Heartland Pharmacy

This should be now surprise based on the other reviews. This pharmacy overcharges because they have a monopoly at certain LTC facilities. When we removed my Mom from that facility to bring her home to care for her, my Mom's pharmacy bill droped over 50%.Here's the icing in this cake. They billed my Mom 27 cents. My Mom passed in December and they just kept billing for the 27 cents. I got a call from their collections person today where due to finance charges the bill went from 27 cents to $4.27. Yep they spent lots of postage and put a collections person on this for under $5. Who does that? Why in the world would you not just write off the 27 cents when you know it's going to cost nearly double that just for the postage.I would like say these folks are unethical, but that would not be fair. I think it is a purely money operation without regrad to customer service, quality or just common sense.

If you’re looking for a pharmacy around town or a new one, don’t think to come here. They’re “closed to the public” and are a “closed door pharmacy” (whatever that means) and are not nice about it. Glad I didn’t end up sending any scripts over to them. Based on other reviews, it’s not a good pharmacy anyways.

Sent pharmaceutical for two years. Reliable in sending boxes with medications always arrived. Med change was more difficult to change. Needed 30 day pill inserts and your pharmacy provided them. We have choice of provider and pharmacy. Some meds were missing at end of month so i needed to use fred meyer (KROGER) for all medications. Thanks.

Worked there and worked for an assisted living facility that ordered their meds from there. Only good thing about working there was the free food. The incompetence was unbelievable and some of the “Pharmacists” make so many mistakes, many that could have killed multiple residents. Mixed meds on multiple occasions and sent those meds out to facilities and resident took them! All because the pharmacist didn’t pay enough attention before sending it out. Bad company to buy from or work for!

I had a bad experience with this pharmacy I did auto pay with them and got screwed by them taking an astronomical amount almost $1,000 out of my account. Needless to say it messed up my finances. When I complained about it all I got was a sorry we screwed up. Don’t give them your account information.
