I am always greeted promptly as I enter and the staff is knowledgeable and has always been able to answer my questions. Recently I had questions about my debit card and they helped me out. They even called me with additional information after I had left. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their customer service. I highly recommend them!”

“Westmark Credit Union is a credit union that is part of the history of Idaho Falls and local to south eastern Idaho. My experience is that they have some great people who work here that seem to care about their clients. I have banked here since I was about 9 years old. They have great loan rates and act just like a local credit union should. Other than all of the benefits, I have a couple of things that end up being on the annoying side: they close at 5:00 PM most days. So, if you have banking activities you need to do after work, well… you’re just not. They are still lagging a bit on technology and have always been the “late adopters” which is a little frustrating. However, overall, they’ve been a good bank here in Idaho Falls.”

We had some complications due to funds not arriving on time that we were using for a down payment, but they reviewed the history in my account and determined that I was a longtime/valued customer and they did some “magic” and got everything done on time. “16 years I have gone through ICCU and today was a horrible experience in the branch. Jaci saved the day and gets the 5 stars. Isabel gets negative stars. I have a credit card that was new and the card would work, but the number kept saying it was bad. Jaci called card services, asked me some questions, finally they could see nothing wrong and said the only thing that might help is getting a new card. At this moment as I was showing Jaci what happened Isabel came over in the middle of it and tried to problem solve with things I knew wouldn’t work and card services understood would not work. As she continues I finally had to stop her as she was not even trying to listen or understand me. I finally decided to get a new card. Well guess what? It worked very good for what I needed. I have probably sent over 50 people to get accounts in my time and today I seriously began looking at others place to have my money. Poor management nearly lost the day.”

“Let's be honest, the bank can be a very stressful and dreaded place to have to go to. Luckily the staff here are so helpful and kind with whatever issue you may have, no matter which person you get. I had a chance to speak with one of the specialists this morning (at least I think it was at this branch) and she was so super kind and patient! Her name was Maren Ward I believe and I hope she gets some recognition for her work and great customer service. I wish I could remember the name of the man I spoke with before her but he was also very kind and helpful. As stressed and tired as I was they quickly helped me solve my problem and made my day just a little better. Would definitely recommend this bank :)”
“I really have not had any issues with EICU. I have been with them for 3 years. I really like that they're opening a branch in Pocatello and that they have one branch in Shelley. I used the Ammon branch a lot and I've never had issues.”
