“I had to write a quick review to pay thanks to Shannon Kardell. It was my wife and I's first time taking out a big loan to purchase a new vehicle so I had no idea what the process was like. Shannon made everything stress free. She responded to questions and requests very quickly. Most importantly, she proactively gave us advice on different solutions to implement that resolved some issues in our situation.
Had we gone elsewhere, we might've just gotten stuck with someone doing the bare minimum and we would've been worse off.
This is my first and definitely not my last experience with MACU.”

“Honestly, 10/10 branch. Every time I've went there it's always a really nice time. When my card got fraud watched, I pretty much just walked over, told them the issue, and boom! Same day card and I was out faster than a light after you wire it wrong. Honestly, this branch is really good! Plus, they have coffee and hot cocoa, which for some of the colder months is great.”

I am always greeted promptly as I enter and the staff is knowledgeable and has always been able to answer my questions. Recently I had questions about my debit card and they helped me out. They even called me with additional information after I had left. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their customer service. I highly recommend them!”

“I have been a member of this credit union forever. I was a member of Scenic Falls Credit Union which merged with ISU credit Union and became Lookout. I have had nothing but excellent service my whole life here. They are always super helpful and provide me with excellent service. I was sad when the location downtown closed, but the team members on Sunnyside are great as well! I would recommend this credit union to anybody looking to open an account. They are super dependable and friendly. They also have excellent fraud protection.”
