so sad I ever wasted money here. I debated posting this because it’s been a while since I went in. anyways, went in and the doctor answered the questions for me ie. “which is better? one or two? one okay”. and so on. he did not let me answer for myself. so I went in again frustrated because I couldn’t see any better ! the next provider was nice. however I explained my concerns and that I need a higher prescription and I can’t see street signs still. she upped my prescription “a little” and now here I am with the same problem. at best, this should be the last place you decide to go.

Do you have things to do? Do you have places to be? Well don’t! Americas best is here to ruin your plans by keeping you running in circles for hours. These ladies who look like they are 17 don’t know what they are doing and certainly aren’t getting paid more than minimum wage I hope. Go here, go there, go here instead, okay now come do this. Yikes. All these workers and not a single IQ point is being shared. Americas best? Nah americas incompetence.I’d give this a 1/2 star if I could. Negative even. This place is a joke.

I just went in for a refill of glasses cleaner and to see if they could fix my glasses because a screw went missing, and to readjust one pair. They did all for free and were SO nice and fun. So glad I went in!

I’ve worn contacts and glasses since I was 8 years old. This companies predatory practices have ensured I will never return. They refused to give me my contacts prescription because I did not want to do the trial of their chosen contacts. Then telling me I needed the trial so that I could come back for ANOTHER appointment. I have seen several optometrists over my life time and I’ve never EVER had this happen. Then they denied my contact order with a third party, because they weren’t the brand of contacts that they wanted me to use, even after I had told the optometrist what brand I use because they work for me and are what I’ve used for the last five years. Which then lead to me having to call and badger them so I can get my freakin contacts. When I told them that I was going to get my glasses through a different provider they wouldn’t take no for an answer and attempted to withhold my glasses prescription.

Very horrible, I came here to get contacts 4 months ago and they never came. Some of the staff was not friendly at all. Looked like they didn’t care about any guests concerns. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. It was absurd to wait 4 months for contacts to end up never getting them. They never have any doctors on-site. My eye exam was made through a video call. It just shows how poor of an experience it really was. Instead I went to ABSEE Vision. Definitely never coming here again.

Less than stellar! LESS than one star, but I have to pick one or it won't post! The doctor didn't check one eye with the bright light! I had to ask all the questions like does the eye mapping look ok?, do my eyes look healthy? is there anything to worry about? I don't think he gave one care whether I was there or not. Not very personable at all. I didn't feel like he was very thorough and was just in a hurry to get to lunch. He walked out right after I did and hurried out the door, as the clerk at the desk said, have a nice lunch. The clerk that was helping my with choosing my glass didn't have a good working knowledge about insurance and what to do when you have double coverage. He seemed super confused the whole time. The clerk checking people in at the desk would interceed and attempt to help although she stayed at the desk instead of getting up, walk over and helping him. The manager guy was sitting right next to him and didn't offer much help either. I asked the manager for a second opinion on my eye glass selection. There was one other person in the store and he was helping them. They were looking at glasses on the wall. He could have possibly been doing something on the computer. He said he was helping someone else and he never came back to help. Nope, that didn't happen. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. The most troubling was the lack of communication from the Doctor. I shared my experience with my two friends and they said they had the very same experience and would never go back to America's best. I left without glasses and very frustrated since I had to drive over and hour each way to get there then hom. NOT COOL......

The girls working in office are polite and kind. The Dr was arguably the least interested provider, I have seen. The so called exam was NOT done by a Dr but office ladies. The Dr was not even in the office it was remote, on a broken monitor to boot. Was extremely grainy and everything was pink. If you are good with this kind of treatment than this is for you.So after the "exam" I picked out the frames then, sat down and while the girl is doing exactly what she was trained to do. She not once asked what kind of lenses or add ons I may want. Instead I have a 200 hundred lens same for frame. I have never had to pay a dime at any other business unless, I chose to add on. She again asked me not 1 question but instead worked up her price and stated what "we" want you to get will be $156. additional. I would have no issue paying extra for what I want not them. Problem was this place is bad, if an automatic up sale un asked for additional expenses is 100% chosen by them, is something your good with feel free to go.I found the business to be deceitful and frankly a business, I will never spend a dime in. So bare minimum testing and so called Dr who appears on a broken monitor to exam you is okay for you, then you will no issues there. I would rather pay more for an actual comprehensive exam and not out to up sale me and never ask what I want in process. I do not blame the girl up selling, it painfully obvious this is how they do business. I took prescription as my choice to not do business on shady up selling tactics. I honestly do not trust the exam in the least. I was taking by the adds and flat out deception. I am not a guy who likes to write bad reviews but please head my advice and safe your cash or once a year insurance exam.

We ordered my husband’s glasses from here a few times and have had a good experience. He gets his eye prescription from a different doctor because he has eye damage but he gets the glasses here because they are a good price and have a year warranty. The employees have always been nice and very helpful.

The eye doctor was very rude and the whole exam did not even last 5mins. At the end I asked him if my prescription had changed from my current prescription and he said I don't know you have to ask the ladies out front. When I selected my glasses the lady told me my total was $250. I was like how do you figure when it says everywhere in the store 2 pairs of glasses for $79 and free eye exam? She said it was the package and she did not know it just comes out to that. I told her I didn't want a pacagke nor did I ask for it and to please remove it as she was trying to scam me. She then removed it and the price dropped to $118. She said that it still wasn't $79 because of tax and shipping. I paid the amount. When they text to let me know my glasses were ready I picked them up and right away knew they were the wrong prescription because I couldn't see right and instantly my eyes were tearing. However, the lady assured me they were to give it time to adjust which was on a Friday. I tried wearing them Saturday for a few hours and ended up with headache and nausea. I took them back on Monday with a recipt and got a refund. Service is horrible and scamming people is wrong!

Came in , in need to fix my glasses that broke , got helped right away and he even was able to adjust my second pair while i got my first fixed ! (: great customer service , and amazing work ! Brad was fast and overall great experience , will always come here for sure for a quick fix or eye exam

For some reason they wouldn’t take my insurance that I’ve had for three years and tried explaining how my own insurance works and saying it won’t run through … and treated me like I didn’t understand my own insurance and said figure it out and call them … I tried to give americas best a try but my experience was not good … I went back to my original provider LensCrafters where the ran my insurance and it worked and there was no issue and I was able to get contact and be on my way .., I highly recommend LensCrafters

Great service. Got an appointment promptly. Didn’t have a long waiting time. My glasses and contacts shipped quickly and were back within a week. 5 Stars!
